If you're looking for the absolute cheapest place to stay in Pagosa and only price matters to you, then this is likely not the place for you.

Cowboy art catches your eye as you enter the ground level foyer. The master 'Southwest' and guest 'Bear' bedrooms are spacious and provide comfortable queen beds. The Perfect Ski Vacation!

Todd made us feel right at home, making sure we had everything we needed for our perfect ski vacation. The condo was in top condition, well appointed, comfortable and had some of the best views we have had from a condo in Pagosa Springs. We had serious snow fall twice and each morning there were plenty of plow crews making sure all the roads and parking lot was kept clear. The location is convenient to the grocery store, many restaurants and shopping. We have already reserved the condo for our ski vacation next year!!! Thanks again Todd!!!

Wonderful weekend getaway!!!

Our group of four had a great time staying in this two-story cabin! The location couldn't have been better--our two favorite restaurants are located a few blocks away, which was an unexpected bonus. There is a nice stove fireplace with all the necessary logs and starter stuff supplied. We loved that the rooms had individual thermostats, which made it easy for everyone to get comfortable at night. We would definitely love to come back again!

Wolf Creek ski trip, January 2012

We are seasoned VBRO'ers. 4 nights stay, everything was as advertised. One bathroom upstairs, one downstairs (where both bedrooms are). A call to the helpful owner Scott at 10PM for WiFi issue was quickly resolved. Condo was clean and well stocked with kitchenware and consumables. There was even coffee in the fridge! Everything worked. Quiet and convenient location. We flew into Pagosa airport (Stephens Field) - a great facility with an instrument approach and a heated hangar available. My adult son and I skied 3 days at Wolf Creek with perfect snow, clear calm skies, and no crowds. This is our second trip to Pagosa. We have skied all over Colo and NM and will probably never ski anywhere but Wolf Creek now. I highly recommend this condo and will very likely return this summer and next winter if still available.

The condo is very nicely furnished, very cozy and inviting. It is older, but everything was superclean and well organized. The fireplace was the perfect evening entertainment while enjoying the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. We will definitely be back again!
