Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, Nantucket style authentic beach house. Location, Location, Location - 3rd house from the beach. Just a few steps to the beach entrance. Walking distance to everything you need - Ferraras bakery and ice cream is on the corner of the block, shopping, bike rentals, spa, miniature golf, grocery store ... and it's only a short drive to Fantasy Island Amusements. House is fully renovated. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, and dual-zone central AC.

Absolutely pristine!

Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, wood cabinets and ceramic tile flooring.

All you need is a toothbrush and a bathingsuit!!! the house has EVERYTHING......and was PERFECT!!!
Clean, updated, and practically on the beach!! Already booked it for next year!!! best vacation!!

The house was beautiful, clean, updated, well maintained and literally just steps from the beach. The owner was always available, friendly and helpful. He really provided all the amenities we needed. I was pleased to find that there were no ants which is something we've come to expect with beach properties. :) There were many nearby restaurants and the shops at Beach Haven and Fantasy Island amusement were about 10 minutes away. Ship Bottom Shellfish is a must...and Ferraro's Bakery, right up the street, was a fabulous spot for croissants and coffee in the morning.

We rented this home for a long weekend in October 2008. It was VERY last minute and the owner was extremely accomodating.(Thanks!) This house is the classic beach home with enough upgrades to make it convenient, without losing the authentic beach style. Nice for smaller children. And yes...on a quiet evening, you can hear the waves from your home. The walkway is right outside the door!!! Nice little neighborhood with that LBI flair. We hope to return soon.
