The living room has a gas fireplace as a centerpiece. Off the kitchen is the formal dining room. Additionally, the first level offers a half bath, office and master suite with fireplace, all with water views. Sebago Lake is the second largest lake in Maine. Sebago Lake is 28,000 acres of crystal clear water with depths up to 300 ft deep. It is approximately 50 miles around and has access to the Songo River which by passing through a lock system allows access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake.

This makes for a great all day boating experience. There are several marinas on the lake as well as restaurants to dine at. The Sebago Lake area is a peaceful spot offering fabulous vistas of the White Mountains, wonderful sunsets, lovely clean water for swimming or water sports and great fishing.

Sebago Lake is known as home to the land locked salmon. The area offers lovely dining establishments with lobster readily available for eating in or taking home, great gift shops, a winery, antique shops, a fun park for the kids, miniature golfing, as well as great golf courses near by. The property is located about 45 minutes in either direction from the shopping Mecca of North Conway and Freeport.

The ocean is also a short drive away which makes for a very enjoyable day trip. The wonderful sophisticated city of Portland located on Casco Bay is 20 miles away offering all the culture amenities one could desire.
