Cottage, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Three story cottage recently updated on the West arm of Walloon Lake. Large swim platform with Adirondack chairs provide the perfect spot to sip coffee or cocktails while viewing the pristine lake. Large deck on the lake side allows protected respite from the sun as you lounge in wicker chairs reading and relaxing. Newer kitchen is perfect for any cook while outside dining space allows barbecuing after a day of swimming, boating, and enjoying the water. Three bedrooms house one king, one queen beds and one full bed; ideal for a family vacation.

Petoskey is 7 miles away and is worth a visit for it's quaint shops, art, and antiques as well as dining. This cottage is near the marina and offers easy access to boat and jet ski rentals as well as an opportunity to view the comings and goings of people and boats.

This is the first time we have listed with VRBO since everyone who rents has come back year after year; eventually buying their own property on Walloon! Don't miss out on this charming rental.

My husband was transferred to Indiana in 1983. As much as we love Indiana we spent all of our vacation time in Northern Michigan enjoying the beauty of the area, friends and family.
