This beautiful newly furnished Florida home is one block from the ocean. The beach access is for home owners in the area so it is very private. The home also offers a new salt water pool and private pool area with 8 ft. wall and screen covering. Direct TV and DVDs are available on the four TVs in the home. There is also a full size washer and dryer.. Wireless high speed internet and home telephone also available. The house is located in Ormond by- the- Sea, just 10 miles from Daytona Beach Airport and an hour from the Orlando area. Feel free to use your credit card to book this beautiful beachside home.

Great house

I highly recommend this house. We spent a week in early April. Lisa, the owner, is professional. She returned all of our calls and emails promptly and the process of reserving the house and checking in and out was simple and easy. There were no middle men involved and she accepts credit cards. The house is clean and well maintained. The furniture is also clean and comfortable. The house is stocked with everything you might need: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, bikes, PLENTY of towels, cake beaters, blender, all kinds of glassware, tupperware, serving dishes, games, hats etc. I liked the quiet neighborhood and the short walk to the beach and the river. We enjoyed eating at the Oceanside Beach Bar and Grill in Flagler Beach and getting Pizza at Lenny's a short drive away. Also canoed the Tomoko River, about a 30 minute drive from the house. I hope to get back to this area soon and would certainly stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Great Stay

Just got back from a week in this beautiful house. Great location, wonderful pool (since they've had a pretty cold spring, I was the only one to venture in, but it was immaculate!). Very safe neighborhood, close to both restaurants and a great grocery (Publix). The kitchen is well-furnished, be sure to check out the cupboards when you come and before you hit the grocery store because it was well-stocked with spices, cooking supplies and quite a few staples, we left some non-perishable items that we couldn't use as well in the hopes that they could be used by someone else. Any cleaning supply you might need is there, large variety of pots, pans, tupperware containers, as well as dishes. Tons of beach supplies in the garage as well. My teen son loved the internet connection so that he could play his X-box, there were 4 tvs so everyone could watch what they wanted, wireless connection worked throughout the house as well for our laptop and Kindle. Very well stocked for extra pillows and linens, etc. We would definitely like to rent here again next winter or spring! My husband kept saying that this was exactly the kind of house he would like to retire to someday!

The Perfect Vacation Home!!

My husband & I have rented this beautiful home for two months in both 2012 and 2013. You will not find a more comfortable, beautifully furnished home than this one. With the ocean a block away, an in-ground pool along with all beach accessories available, you will have everything you need to enjoy a fabulous vacation. We found the house to be immaculate with attention to detail and first quality furnishings. Lisa, the owner, is a joy to work with. She is down-to-earth and does everything possible to make your stay an enjoyable one. My husband & I look forward to going back along with other family members that have fallen in love with this home!!!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home... We loved our stay. Everything you need to cook or just relax is here. All the amenities for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the pool.... yes, even in December (those of us over the age of 8 did feel the cold water, but we so enjoyed watching our daughter splash around)
Close to the beach and located in a very clean, and safe area. The owner, Lisa is very nice and willing to help in every way.
We will definately be back! Thank you Lisa!

Beautiful Home!

My husband and I enjoyed our first visit to this beautiful home so much that we returned again with our Grands! Our second visit was just as nice our first.

The home is very clean and well appointed. Everything you might need to cook, walk to the beach or lay out by the great pool is available for your use. The pool location is wonderful, we really enjoyed the privacy of the enclosure and the grand kids were overjoyed with the pool.

The location is really convenient to walk to the beach, drive to local grocery store or out to dinner. A book of local menus was available and we were able to order a great pizza for delivery. The home is located in a very quiet and clean neighborhood that you feel safe and comfortable walking.

Lisa, the owner is very nice and has always worked to accommodate us. We will be back for sure!
