Cross Creek Country Club is a meticulously maintained property with lush landscaping, lakes and amenities. Enjoy free golfing on the 18 hole executive course (just pay for the cart) or some free tennis then relax and enjoy some food and drink at the clubhouse overlooking the lake. You can use the pool and hot tub adjacent to the condo or the one located next to the clubhouse.
During your stay take pleasure having your breakfast, or late afternoon tea, in the newly tiled and freshly painted lanai, which overlooks the lake and golf course. Twenty minutes from Fort Myers Beach, or head downstairs to a quiet heated, pool and sitting area, with hot tub and sauna, the choice is yours! If you are interested in doing some shopping enjoy the world-class outlets near by, take a cruise on a gambling ship, or play golf in your own backyard. Golf is free of charge; pay only for the cart, there is also free tennis and use of the additional pool and hot tub at the clubhouse with a restaurant on the premises. Enjoy deep-sea fishing while watching the dolphins play! There is something for everyone!
Large master suite has a flat screen TV, walk-in closet, sitting area to relax or read that novel you just cannot put down; bathroom has a large glass shower enclosure and is newly renovated with new cabinets and tiled floors, The guest room is quietly located off the main hallway, with a private full bath, including a tub. The bedroom has twin beds, large double mirror closet doors, is newly furnished, with a view that overlooks the beautiful courtyard.
The dining/living room has been refurbished with tile flooring, tastefully painted and newly furnished, including a leather sofa with full pull out bed, and flat screen TV, with stero, DVD and plenty of CDs and DVD's for your entertainment. There is also internet service available. The décor is bohemian and the wall paintings bring in a touch of mother- nature. The kitchen has new appliances and countertops, with all new dishes, pots and utensils and is stocked and ready to be used! In unit laundry area, with new washer and dryer, very convenient. 2013 availability - Jan and Feb are available, April, Nov and Dec are also available at discounted rates, please inquiry today before this lovely unit is rented!

I purchased this unit in 2009 and updated it with several enhancements, as I outlined in the unit's description. I made the decision to purchase after visiting and staying in the community for several years . I enjoyed staying there and decided it would be a great place to own and visit at my leisure.
The décor is very nice. The leather couch and chair are
beautiful. We particularly appreciated the Eastern exposure -- we have not used
the air conditioning once. And your place is very quiet; at least it has been
during our stay. We're early-to-bed folks and get up early, and we've
appreciated the quiet very much. Also, Hammond Stadium (for the Twins) and Six
Mile Cypress are our two favorite places in Ft Myers, so this location is
Hammond Stadium, training stadium for the Twins is less than 10 minutes from the Condo, so if you are a Twins fan, this is the area you want to be in
For your convenience, I have a reliable cleaning service, that has bonded employees should you not want to clean during your or after your stay. The cost for this service is reasonable.
A collection of resturants and spas in the area are provided for your convenience, and remain in the condo
