Enjoy the breezes from the Lake Michigan beach while relaxing on the front porch of this charming old home just steps away from the water.

This house is set up as a flat with two completely separate living units. It will allow your relatives to vacation with you without getting on your nerves!

The downstairs unit sleeps six in two bedrooms. One bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, while the other room accommodates four in a double bed and a set of bunk beds. A well-appointed kitchen enables you to entertain in the spacious dining room or barbecue in the lush garden area in back.

The upstairs unit sleeps four in two bedrooms. One bedroom contains a double bed, while the other bedroom allows for flexibility: it's outfitted with two twin beds and can be used in this fashion, or you can push the twin beds together to form a perfectly level king sized bed. Mattress pads and bedspreads are provided for both configurations. The upstairs unit features a comfy living area, a charming kitchen and a private, shady deck overlooking the back garden.

The Beach Breeze Cottage is located on a beautiful, tree-lined street in downtown Frankfort, a beach town known for its restaurants, ice cream shops, and colorful surfing culture. Walk the beach for hours, on the other hand, and feel that you've escaped to God's country. This location has it all!

Great Frankfort/Beach Vacation Spot!

We rented both the upstairs and downstairs for a family reunion. It was perfect for our needs. LOVED the front porch and the 1 block walk to the beach and downtown. The beds were very comfortable - and my family of four (including a 23 year old son and 19 year old daughter) all fit nicely into the one bedroom. Didn't feel crowded at all.

The ceiling fans were a Godsend during the first part of the week when the temperature hit the low 90s (very HOT for northern Michigan), but compared to the 108 degrees we left in Cincinnati (with no lake breeze) it was heavenly.

Would definitely stay at Beach Breeze again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Our family meets annually in Frankfort for a reunion and we have stayed at Beach Breeze since 2005. Unpack your car and relax! Literally less than a block from the Lake Michigan beach (you can even see a smidgen of the water from the front porch and back deck), movie theater, great food and shopping. We love it here! We've stayed upstairs, downstairs and have also rented the whole house. It is wonderful. We eat, play cards, read, and visit on the front porch, or if upstairs, on the back deck and have a great time! We look forward to coming here every summer. The units are very clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Stay here and you will soon be on the beach hunting for Petoskey stones.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
