About The Owner
My wife Jen and I are both working professionals, and parents of a beautiful little girl Sophie who is the light of our lives. Shortly after her birth, we closed on this property and feel truly blessed to be able to raise a family in such a wonderful environment. When a friend of ours saw the house she said 'oh, you have a frog', and we looked at her with a puzzled expression and asked her to explain. 'A frog, you know a Finished Room Over the Garage' The name stuck and we've also added the alternative meaning of 'Friends, Relatives and Other Guests'

We have been looking for a home with a guest house for a number of years, and this property truly exceeded all of our expectations. The guest house, 117 Lighthouse Ave is a luxury, 800 square foot apartment above the detached 3 car garage. There is a smaller room complete with bunk beds that is perfect for kids.

The home is built over a detached, oversized three car garage and has views of the Eucalyptus groves in Lighthouse Field. The guest house shares a 1/4 acre lot with the owner's residence and has a wonderful sense of privacy and serenity.
