About The Owner

Hello from Miriam & John Close. We are from England and divide our time between Florida and the UK. We have owned Florida property for 15 years, and can most definitely say that our new condo is in the best location, and is the nicest property, in this time. Shay Clemens is our Property Manager and lives the the a-joining Condo.

The pure white sand, the unbelievable sunsets, and the superb climate of SW Florida makes for a perfect vacation. The Englewood area is traffic-free and has a superb selection of restaurants, golf courses, water activities, world-class fishing, wildlife, birdlife and cultural attractions. This is truly Florida's little secret - come and find out for yourself!

Our condo, which we call New Horizon, is equipped with every convenience to make your stay a home-from-home experience. We have installed free internet and Wi-Fi access, with a home office set-up, so you can keep up-to-date with your e-mails and business activities .... or just browse the web. Right from our family room we have the most stunning views over the waterfront, with a fantastic array of birdlife constantly parading in front of you. Come, lounge, and enjoy these panoramic views of our west coast sunsets right off your own balcony!!!
