Why Kathleen Pearson chose East Boothbay
We have been coming to the Boothbay Area for 13 years camping in Southport, Me, while searching for a home, This condo met our budjet requirements and we like the friendly, helpfull friends we have met at Waters Edge Condos. When we come into town, we always buy a Boothbay Register newspaper and find out the many activities going on. There always seems to be something going on different weeks of the year, like the Windjammers Week-end, Fourth of July fireworks over the Harbor, Thomas the Tank at the Railroad Museum, YMCA Silent Auction/Antique shows, Yard Sales, Famers Markets, and many other activities. You can also ask us to find out what is going on for the week you plan on visiting or to schedule your vacation around an event. .
What makes this condo unique
We like the fact that Boothbay Harbor is only 10 minutes away with its shops and waterfront, Watching the tourist boats come into Boothbay Harbor is fun but noisy. Shopping in the unique stores is also a delight. BUT when we return home, we like sitting on the patio and enjoying our quiet. peacefull, harbor, home! We also like getting fresh lobster right on our dock from the fisherman in the bay. This is the freshest lobster you will ever eat!
Guestbook comments from the owner
What a treasure you have here! And the view! Awesome! So glad we could be here for two weeks--and that we found the Thistle Inn for dinner. We drove over 700 miles each way to get here but if was well worth it. Would love to do this again.
