The hardest job you'll have during your Chatham Park vacation is getting the children out of the pool! This is a wonderful vacation rental for small to medium sized families. Our three-bedroom/two-bath home is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from Disney World, in Chatham Park -- a newer community of 300 luxury homes located in Kissimmee. It sleeps up to eight people, and features many conveniences. Enjoy the privacy of the screened-in swimming pool year-round, while relaxing after a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks, or while you enjoy a restful day in the beautiful Kissimmee sunshine. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster and table and chairs for four and in the dining area there is a table with seating for six. Also included are all dishes, cooking utensils, linens, towels, and pool towels. For the comfort of all guests, smoking is permitted outside only.

Living Room: The living room is equipped with 32' flat screen tv with cable, DVD player and a selection of DVD's. There are flat screen tv's in all bedrooms and cable is available in the Master bedroom and bedroom three bedroom two has a DVD player.

There are a selection of board games and a ipod docking station and a playstation2 (in the third bedroom)with child friendly games.

In addition to all the wonderful activities in Disneyworld and Universal, there is a quieter side to the Kissimmee area, only minutes from our home. Right in downtown Kissimmee is huge Lake Toho, a fisherman's dream. Annual fishing competitions are held here. There is an abundance of wildlife, some that can be seen from the shore, birds and otters, and others by airboat, alligators and eagles.

About an hour away, on Florida's east coast is the Kennedy Space Center and the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. The refuge is a wonderful place to explore Florida's natural surroundings. More than 350 species of birds, 31 species of mammals, 117 species of fish, 68 species of reptiles and amphibians, call this refuge home. A car ride will take you to the manatee observation deck where you may spot a member of the largest population of Florida's east coast manatees. Be sure to stop at the Visitor Center for brochures and viewing guides

  • Rates INCLUDE Florida State taxes (13%), there is a cleaning fee of $80 for stays of 5 nights or less

    Pool heat is an optional extra at just $15 per day.

    A non- refundable booking deposit of $250 ($300 for rentals of 30 days or more) is required to confirm your reservation. This will convert to a security deposit refundable within 10 days of departure.
    Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival,

    Payment is taken via PayPal, bank transfer, US dollar or Stirling cheque.

    Prices and availability are subject to change without notice before that point. Should you wish to rent for a longer term, discounted rates are available. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

    For rental periods of less than 4 nights a cleaning fee of $80 is payable.

our vacation is over, we are back in Germany and missing the Florida sun. We had a great time there and especially in your house we have feeling us very good. Your house was a perfet vacation home for us, the furniture was good and we have nothing missed.

El auncio fue preciso y casi perfecto, solamente faltaba la fotografía de una de las habitaciones.
La propiedad estaba limpia muy bien cuidada y equipada.
Las respuestas del propietario fueron en tiempo y forma.
El servicio al cliente fue muy bueno. Lo hemos utilizado solamente para solicitar la calefacción de la pileta.
Si, se lo recomiendo a todos los amigos que están por viajar. Uno de ellos mencionó que el precio es un tanto mas caro que cuando yo viajé.
Sólo tuve cierta dificultad para encontrar la llave de la puerta en el "code box" y una vez que la alarma se disparó, se me complicó detenerla. Se podría generar instrucciones mas detalladas al respecto y una traducción al castellano.
En definitiva, me pareció excelente la propiedad, la relación precio/calidad y los servicios. Muy conforme y agradecido. Saludos, Fernando.

Highly Recommended Rental!!!!

I cannot say enough how great this rental was!!! This was by far the best vacation rental we have ever had. Owner was accommodating and easy to get a hold of. We were only about 10-15mins from Disney in a very nice neighborhood. Everything was as advertised and then some! There were lot of things that were available at the house that I had not thought of while packing. House was immaculate and pool was perfect. House was extremely affordable and we intend on renting this house again during our next Disney trip!

Wonderful vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house. The homeowner was a pleasure to deal with. The house was clean, in good order, and in a good location. We were about 12 minutes to the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. The pool was clean, ready to go, and nice and warm. I recommend this house to anyone with a family vacation planned to Orlando. It was within our budget and everything was as advertised.
