Amazing Apartment for family and friends!
We rented this apartment for two weeks, following a one week stay in another apartment near the Arc De Triomphe. This particular apartment was ideally located, as it was just blocks away from the metro. In walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, and les Champs de Mars, we visited many sites, took the Bateaux Mouches along the Seine, and walked to Les Invalides. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment for families of four or more, as there are two bedrooms with two seperate showers in each bedroom. This is a plus, as it may accommodate for two couples sharing the apartment. The owner is on site, which is a great plus, as he was very attentive to all our needs. Very hospitable, and helpful at all times, answering any questions and responding to emails immediately. The apartment is very well appointed, the beds are extremely comfortable. The bonus is a true large capacity washer and dryer, which in Europe is a FIND. Although the refrigerator is tiny, there is no need for large capacity, as there is an abundance of great food markets just up the street. The pastry shop on Sufferin Boulevard is amazing, with wine and cheese shops, fruits and vegetable markets all around. We ate at an amazing Italian restaurant just on the other side of the Eiffel Tower. Il Sorrentino, 4 rue Montessuy. Very unassuming, and great prices! I would definitely contact the owner again if we ever need to stay in Paris again. The best part of this trip was that my husband surprised me, and our three girls were able to spend the week end with us. We were fortunate enough to have an owner so accommodating, not to mention the space for 5!
