Charming Beach Cottage/Bungalow is located in South Laguna Beach Village. This beach cottage has been lovingly remodeled with great care. It is well maintained and clean! New Bosch washer and dryer inside of cottage. Meile Diswasher.

Beautiful bamboo floors, open beam ceiling, gourmet stainless kitchen with breakfast bar, living room with fireplace and dining area. Full office with computer, inviting front patio with fountain as well as private back patio with BBQ. Slight view of the ocean from bedroom and front patio. Cozy master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a double bed. Plenty of clean linens. Beach towels too! Cottage is located private property. Not a condo, apt or guest house. Fenced in yard. Three private parking spaces in front of house. Walk to South Laguna famous beaches and local nearby restaurants. 5 minutes from downtown Laguna Beach. Ritz Carlton and The Regis~ Golf/ Spa 2 miles south. Perfect for a beach get away for a family, couples or girls get away. Shopping for colleges, romantic weekends!

Laguna Beach is known for having the most beautiful beaches in California, which are walking distance from our home. Table Rock and Thousand Steps have been featured in magazines. Downtown Laguna has many unique shops, restaurants, art galleries. Not to mention the famous Festival of the Arts- Pageant of Masters and the Sawdust Festival. Dana Point is 10 minutes. Newport Beach is 20 minutes. Disneyland is 30 minutes away. Beautiful, historical San Juan Capistrano is 20 minutes. San Diego in exactly 1 hour. The airport is about a 25 minute drive. South Laguna Beach is just 5 miles from downtown Laguna. South Laguna Beach is very charming, peaceful and unpretentious. The atmosphere in South Laguna Beach is relaxed, casual, and beach town. Many beautiful beaches and restaurants are within walking distance. In the summer there is a free trolley that goes to and from downtown Laguna Beach, where you will find many galleries, restaurants, and boutiques. 2 miles from Corona Del Mar.

  • Please keep in mind this beach cottage is 830 square feet. Bedrooms are cozy! The property size is almost 2500 square feet, which makes it feel airy and open. Many windows and french doors open to the outside. Most of the living space is in the living and dining area. The bedrooms have a built in closest/armoires and a dresser. Very charming and but cozy! European Style!

The house is very cute with so many nice amenities such as comfortable beds, plenty of nice bath towels, decorated beautifully inside and out and Holly (the owner) is so easy to work with and super caring/sweet. There were 5 of us which included 2 adults and 3 children aged 16, 14 and 3. We enjoyed the lay out of the living area with french doors that open to a nice patio. It is not a huge home (which Holly goes out of her way to make sure you understand the layout) but it was perfect for our family of 5 to create wonderful memories by the beach and we will be back.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A very lovely cottage, a comfortable and enjoyable stay

This is a very attractive and comfortable 2 bdrm, 1 bath cottage located in a friendly neighborhood on a hill just a couple of blocks east of the Pacific Coast Highway in South Laguna. The cottage has been completely renovated, updated and decorated in an especially well designed and tasteful way. The owner is friendly and very easy to work with (thanks Holly!). It is stocked with an abundance of towels and sheets. The kitchen was complete with all the dishes, silverware, and glassware you could want. The appliances (stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer) are upscale and in great condition.

There are two beach entrances, Table Rock and Thousand Steps, within walking distance. There are also good restaurants within walking distance, or you can drive into Laguna Beach or Dana Point in minutes. We especially enjoyed the taco shack and donut shop that were just down the hill.

This was the perfect place from which to enjoy and explore Laguna Beach and Dana Point. If you are looking for an attractive comfortable place in the area as an alternative to a hotel, you'll appreciate staying in this lovely beach cottage.

The cottage was even better than words or pictures. Everything was well maintained, decorated, furnished, and updated. It was cozy and comfortable and charming. We loved it. The owner, Holly
does everything possible to make a stay the best. So many wonderful restaurants, beaches, shopping
and activities are close by. We hated to leave our little bit of paradise.

Charming cottage by the Sea

This is a an amazing beach cottage located in South Laguna. The cottage has lots of open living space with many windows that let in the abundant sunshine. There are french doors that open to an outside patio which is lovely.
The beach theme decorating is perfect and really gives you a sense of living by sea.
Everything you could possibly need or want is there including beach chairs, towels, sand toys,etc. (even an outside shower).
We spent each morning on the Adirondack chairs on the front patio having our coffee and staring out at the sea. Very relaxing indeed!
Holly is a very easy to work with and will help with any of your needs.

We found this to be a excellent vacation rental and will be back next year for sure.
