Why The Owner chose Boulder

Boulder is within driving distance to many popular ski areas, as Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, KeyStone, Copper Mountain, Winter Park & Aspen. “The Hill District” at the University of Colorado is a happening area where you can get a taste of the lively nightlife and sample Boulder’s locally-brewed beer. Just jump on ‘hop’ for an 8-minute bus ride. Boulder is very green with firm recycling programs. Drop by “The Kitchen”, an Eco-Friendly restaurant or choose one of several organic restaurants. You’ll find cars fueled with bio-diesel, wind powered shops and solar powered Wi-Fi 35 minutes from downtown Denver yet remote in the foothills, keeps Boulder from getting too crowded with tourists. Take in the stunning views from Chautauqua Park, located at the foot of Boulder’s mountains. The Colorado Chautauqua was named a National Historic Landmark & hosts film series, music festivals, art exhibits, nature hikes & concert performances. You may “hop” on the local buses, and get to an area of your choice easily, as the buses run every few minutes. Boulder has 43,000 acres of open space … find yourself on a simple “stroll” around town. You can watch a play under the stars at the Colorado Shakespeare Festival right here in Boulder. Also enjoy a free outdoor music concert and visit the many galleries … rated one of the best art towns in the country. All in all, highlighting just a few, Boulder tops the lists for its recreation, culture, health, business climate and overall ‘quality of life”. There’s much much more.

Quintessential Boulder!

  • 5 of 5

This was the perfect setting for eight close friends/sorority sisters who traveled from all across the country for a special reunion weekend. Susan was the consummate hostess: she was easily accessible before and during our stay, flexible and incredibly pleasant. This cozy, well-decorated property -- with great views of the Flatirons and a very convenient location -- truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Great home away from home!

  • 5 of 5

We were in Boulder for the week of our daughter's wedding, and Susan's home could not have been more perfect for our family. We had plenty of room for all 5 of us, who were all busy with wedding activities, comings and goings, and even had other family members drop by, with room to spare. The kitchen, which was adorable, was well-equipped and roomy. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. Thank you, Susan, for helping us to have the perfect wedding week!

Great place in Boulder!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great experience staying here. Susan was a fantastic host. I asked her about a million questions via email prior to the stay and she always responded and answered every one. When we arrived, the place was even better than the pictures. Super clean and very stylish! She even left a nice big fresh fruit basket...every time someone new showed up..."is that real fruit?...nice!" We had seven people there and it accommodated us perfectly. We went to an event at Boulder Theater that night and it was a less than 10 minute walk. We were able to cook dinner before the show, and breakfast the next morning in her well equipped kitchen. And it was so nice just to walk back and relax afterwards without having to drive. Internet, and a nice TV to watch the Olympics on. We were very comfortable and felt right at home during our stay here. I would highly recommend this property! Thanks Susan!

Home away from home...and more!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I traveled to Boulder for my twin sister's baby shower weekend and were fortunate enough to find this gem. Susan (homeowner) had thought of everything, which for a mom traveling with a 17-month old daughter, was GREATLY appreciated! Not only did the house have all of the amenities we needed, it was decorated beautifully and even came equipped with a highchair and pack n' play! We felt right at home and were conveniently located to down-town and my sister's house. We will hands down stay here again for our next trip out. Big thanks to Susan for being so accommodating and for having such a lovely home!

Fabulous Boulder Rental

  • 5 of 5

This apartment is beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Boulder. Spacious living and kitchen area, along with the three bedrooms, made it more than comfortable for our six guests. Checking in and checking out was simple, and our out of town guests appreciated having their own living space while visiting. This is a great apartment for anyone who wants to be near downtown Boulder.

BEST CU WEEKEND EVER!

  • 5 of 5

A group of best friends and sorority sisters reunited in this wonderful home for Homecoming Weekend! It was warm, and appointed with all the things we needed! Comfortably slept us (including the sofa bed), and the kitchen, bathroom, and all have been renovated to showcase a whimsy and fun touch! We couldn't have asked for better accommodations; close walk to Pearl Street and a delicious brunch at Snooze!; great view of the Flatirons, and the front room was the perfect gathering place for us to laugh and talk for hours. We really didn't even need to leave the house! Susan was great to check in constantly to ensure we had everything we needed - and there was no need to ask, as she had already taken care of everything. Don't miss out - we will definitely be back here! So much better than staying at a hotel, even one as nice as the St. Julien. We were absolutely delighted! Thank you!
