House, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 12)

Built in 2008, the cabin is 2 stories (2400 sq ft, not including the garage), sleeps 12 in beds with plenty of floor space. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, kitchen, living room, a 2 car garage and a mud room with a full size washer and dryer. The main floor (top floor) has the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, master bath, and an extra bathroom. The bottom floor has the 3 bedrooms and the mudroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and downstairs there is a king size bed, 2 queen size beds, and 2 bunk beds (4 twins). In the garage there is a rack for skis and snowboards. In the kitchen there is everything you need: dishes, dish washer, oven, fridge, freezer, and microwave.

BRAND NEW 6 PERSON HOT TUB!

In the Great Room there is a 1080p LED flat panel TV with 3D which is mounted over the fireplace. It is connected to the cable and a Blu-Ray/DVD home theater system along with an iPod dock. In the Master Bedroom there is a Plasma TV which is also connected to its own DVD home theater system along with basic cable.

People that have stayed in the house say they have felt very welcome as if they were in their own home. Everything you need is right in the house.

The house is a block from Reagen Beach Recreational Area, 1/2 mile from the Heavenly Ski Resort gondola, and 3 miles from casinos. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, but is still very close to everything you need to enjoy your stay

We love the antique, log cabin feel we get without having to sacrifice all the modern amenities. We also love how close the lake is and how centrally located the cabin is.

We love to take the quick walk down to Regan beach in the evenings and sit on the soft sand by the lake and enjoy the sunset.

Notes: The cabin is just a few minutes walk down to Regan Beach Rec Area. Facilities at the beach include a children's park, swimming and boating access to the lake, picnic spot and a summer time snack stand. For the snow lovers, the cabin is only a 7-10 minute drive to Heavenly. We are also only a 10 minute drive to the Casinos by the state-line. Our central location means that we are really close to grocery stores, ATM/banks, restaurants and shops, medical care etc.

Best Cabin in Years of Coming to Tahoe Yet

We rented this luxury cabin for Thanksgiving 2012 for two families, and very much enjoyed every day of our stay! The cabin was located in a walking distance from the lake, and only a few minutes from the casinos and Heavenly ski resort. It was very well furnished, as I needed every kind of pot and plate to cook and serve the thanksgiving dinner. All the kids and the adults loved the foosball table and had a blast playing! Finally, I was communicating with both the owner and the rental manager, and both were extremely helpful and gave us an excellent service. They deserve 6 stars!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

A great getaway!

We had a great time here. The house was what we expected and it worked perfectly for us! It is fairly new and very clean and spacious. It had a lot of amentities along with games and puzzles in the closet. The layout was nice and we loved the balconies. The garage was very nice to have for our snowboards and skis. The location was fabulous - very central. The only drawback would be that it is pretty loud inside. You could hear everything going on upstairs when trying to sleep downstairs. The rental company was great, very accomodating and easy to work with when we booked last minute and had some changes in plans.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
