House, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Our gorgeous villa is located in the private gated Playacar community adjacent to downtown Play Del Carmen. Golf, Beaches and 5th Ave are a few minutes walk away. The property is managed locally by a professional management company to take care of all your vacation needs. Come visit and enjoy a care free vacation.

Our house is fully air conditioned as well as ceiling fans for your comfort. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, private washer and dryer. The main living area has a large dinning area and living room leading to your private patio through double sliding doors. The sixty foot pool is steps away. The third bedroom also has private access to the patio and pool.

The upper level contains the master suite and second bedroom. The master is very large and has a king size bed and private patio overlooking the pool. The bath has a jacuzzi tub for two and a large shower. The second bedroom has two double beds with a private bath and shower.

Your Villa is extremely well taken care of and is managed by a local professional management company to take care of all your vacation needs.

About The Owner

The property is owned by Tom and Sherry Graham. My wife and I live in Glenwood Springs Colorado for most of the year, however we are trying to spend more time in Playa. We are avid golfers and enjoy playing and listening to bluegrass music.

The Owner purchased this house in 2007
Why The Owner chose Playacar

We chose Payacar for our vacation home so that we would be close to town to enjoy 5th Ave and the night life but also needed the quiet privacy that this home provides.

What makes this house unique

Our property gets the early morning sun, just perfect a cup of coffee and a dip in the pool. We also utilize the free membership to the reef club for the beach and work out facility. This is also available to renters.

Thanks Tom and Sherry, We had an absolutely wonderful time at your condo. The space is magnificent. There was more than enough room for all of us, and was absolutely spotless when we arrived. This property is a perfect distance from everything and close enough that we could walk everywhere. The owners were very forthcoming with all the information about playa and knew all the great spots to go. We spent 3 weeks in Playa and could not have asked for a better place to stay. One great night out is to experience Coco Bongo, what a show. Make sure you visit Yan Ten and Bad Boys on the beach. We spent many days having a few beverages and the shrimp taco's at Yan Ten are the best. Bad Boys is a little piece of home, the band on Thursdays and Saturdays is amazing. It is ony a 10 minute walk to the strip, beach, walmart, so very close to everything, but just far enough away that you can still sleep at night. This condo will not disappoint you, it has absolutely everything that you will want for your vacation.

Tom, the home owner is great. Was very polite and very professional. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at his villa. The villa is located very close to 5th Ave, Less then a 10min walk and you are there.There was someone out checking the pool everyday for cleanliness and chemical levels. The lawn and trash throughout the property was manicured on a daily bases. It was nice to have our own space and not be in a small hotel room. The kitchen had everything we needed. Actually more then we needed because we didn't use it all. All the bedrooms were great with plenty of pillows. The water heater is very small for the amount of square footage there but It makes sense when you have warm to hot weather throughout the year. As Americans we tend to abuse a lot resources, like hot water, when we really don't need it. Overall the house was great. Can't wait to head back.

We were here late January thru early Feb of 2010. The villa is just lovely. Plenty of room, all the rooms were very nice, roomy, lots of closet of space. Very comfortable. Beautifully decorated, could tell there was a lot of care and love taken to make the place feel like home. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. The complex is very nice, pool right outside, the patio gets lots of morning sun. The owners have decorated their patio grounds beautifully, with palm trees and various flowers. It's just beautiful. Again, you can tell there was lots of care and thought put into the outdoors as well. It is a gated community. Felt very safe. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach or town. Truly enjoyed our time there, planning on returning and hope to stay at the same villa. Had a wonderful time.
