Photos and Description of the Port Charlotte vacation house rental
House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

This home is super clean , bright and spacious and centrally located to everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

Master suite with king bed opens to pool deck. Split plan home with 2 bedrooms on other side of house and bath that exits to pool area. Carpet in bedrooms and tile in large living and family rooms, both of which also have sliders to pool. Separate breakfast patio. Large laundry room inside house. 2 car garage with remote. TVs in every bedroom and family room. Internet access.

Kitchen had new countertops added thsi past winter and new microwave. Large fridge complete with ice maker.

Street has some brand new houses and some 20 year old homes. Lot next door is vacant and well kept with Florida landscape. Private, fenced back yard. Great neighborhood. Pool is oversized and heated with large pool deck for entertaining.

Owned by sisters-Debbie and husband Gary live on the same street as rental and Terry lives in Punta Gorda. Both grew up in Charlotte County and like to think it is a special place.

The weather, the pool, the sunshine. Nice neighborhood to take a walk in. Close enough to beautiful beaches and fishing. A great place to relax or stay on the go - your choice!

We recently stayed at this house. It was by far the nicest place we have stayed in a long time. We were very impressed with everything. The property owners are great also. Thanks for making our stay a pleasant one.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful house last year during thanksgiving break and we loved it. It is a very cosy home with plenty of room. The family that owns it are very sweet and easy to reach if there are any issues. Loved being there hoping to return this year!!
