FULLY FURNISHED - LUXURY APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF OLD HISTORIC HOLLYWOOD

Steve is super sweet, professional, and has wonderful taste. The apt is well furnished and maintained. The bedrooms, full bathroom, washer/dryer are downstairs; the living room, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom are upstairs. Two car parking in the back; plenty of street parking. There is a dry cleaner, market (lots of items cheaper than Gelson's on Franklin), coffee/shop a few blocks north. It's a great location for running, walking, hiking (N on Beachwood to hills, S on Beachwood/E on Franklin), and taking photos of the Hollywood sign. Location is close to Koreatown, Hancock Park, Los Feliz, and Downtown.

Friends visited us and loved the decor, layout, ambience of the unit. They were surprised by the quality of the place. It was more convenient/comfortable staying at Steve's than with friend's, especially with a sick 7.5 month old. Steve drove all the way from his place to drop off a space heater for our baby. I would highly recommend this apt without any reservation. My husband says that it is better than a 5-star hotel, and I agree. Because of Steve's place, we were able to stay comfortably with our baby.

Our stay on Beachwood was wonderful! In town for a week for our son's graduation from USC (downtown). Location was perfect, right off the interstate, though you would never know as neighborhood is residential and charming. Steve was great, meeting us upon arrival and very gracious after waiting when we were delayed dealing with lost luggage.

Unit is exactly as seen in the photos, down to the dishes on the table. Decor was lovely, you really do feel like you're in someone's home and not in a rental. As a result, we spent much more time "at home" than we would have at a hotel. Generously stocked kitchen, everything you could imagine needing, right down to the wine glasses and champagne flutes, and fresh flowers on the table, which impressed our dinner guests who commented on the accommodations. Our son stayed with us part of the week and enjoyed his daily run to top of the canyon as well as being so close to everything. Lovely cafe two-block walk up the street toward the Hollywood sign that was right next to the little Beachwood Market where you could buy deli food, wine, or general staples. Other great little eateries nearby, Gelsun's supermarket, all the Hollywood tourist sites.

Beds, as mentioned by others, were amazing! Street gets some tourist traffic during the day (apparently the perfect spot to take photo in front of the Hollywood sign) but is absolutely quiet at night. More than ample gated parking for two cars. Highly recommend! We will definitely return and our friends living in the area are thrilled to learn of the place and will be recommending it to their out-of-town guests. I know there were guests in other units, but we never heard any of them. Steve was a wonderful host. He has done an amazing job with this building, offering quality accommodations at a very fair price. One of those little secrets you almost want to keep to yourself to ensure availability the next time you're there!

Just got back from staying a week at Steve's lovely townhouse! It was amazing, so quiet and very close to everything you need! Everything for cooking was available right there in the kitchen to use. Parking was super easy and love the fact that it was gated. Beds were also very comfortable! I would totally recommend this house to anyone, with or without kids..romantic getaway, Age 55+...everyone! If you go down a bit there is a sweet little Village Coffee Shop just down the way! Check it out!
