New Cottage Style home (2010) with peaceful colors of taupe and sage green in great location. Walk to Amelia pool and Odell rec. Center/pool. A very short golf cart ride to the new Havana Country Club, Sumter Landing or Colony Plaza Shopping center and 5 minute car drive to 466-A which takes you to I-75 or 441. Turnpike just 10 minutes away. All of this makes for the BEST LOCATION. See our map for complete details.

We have taken great care to make sure your vacation experience will have great memories. This is not just a rental but our home and we had it decorated to be a warm and inviting place to relax and enjoy life.

*Our home was furnished by Southern Lifestyles in January 2010, has Comcast wireless high speed internet.

*The living room is VERY comfortable, has a 42' flat screen HDTV and includes a euro recliner for your relaxation.

*The formal dining area seats 6 while the large eat-in kitchen has a breakfast nook for 4.

*Master has a king bed, 37' HDTV with DVR and large walk-in closet.

*Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and large closet.

*Third bedroom is is furnished as office/den with sleeper sofa.

*We feature Serta high end mattresses and the best quality pillows and bedding for all our beds, assuring you a great nights sleep.

*This model is the only 3/2 cottage with double sinks and large walk in shower in the master bath.

*Our golf cart is pictured in the album. It is a gas Yamaha with full enclosure for bad weather and has a range of over 200 miles.

*A VERY nice stainless gas grill with side burner is available for the BAR-B-Q chef; we even have cookbooks for you.

*Comfortable lighted and screened lanai with two swivel/glider chairs and foot stool along with a patio which has a lounge chair are all great for relaxing or entertaining your new friends.

So come Golf, Grill out, have a swim in the pool, see a off Broadway Show, dance the night away and then snuggle in the bed for a GREAT nights sleep. IT'S WINTER HEAVEN!!!!

September, October, April and May are GREAT weather months, also less crowds....SO GIVE US A CALL!

EVERYTHING here is accessible by golf cart! GOFFER? Well there are 29 Executive Courses (you golf on for FREE)with varying degrees of diverticulitis and 10 Country Club Courses. There are 8 Regional Recreation Centers which include the Colony Center just a 5 min. golf cart ride away offering: sports pools, Bocce, tennis, pickle-ball and shuffleboard Courts, Pavilion Area, Meeting Rooms, Arts & Crafts, Half Court Basketball, Horseshoe pits, Sand Volleyball, Archery & Softball Fields. There is a Village Center adult pool and the mail center just 2 blocks away. Our Neighborhood Recreation Center offers all the above except a great family pool instead of a sports pool. There is a Polo Field just mins. away by golf cart where there are games every weekend during season as well as International Games. There are over 400 clubs to participate in and enjoy. Hospital, Doctors, dinning, shopping, all you could want to do is here for you. ALL with in a 5 to 10 min golf cart or car drive. We are also located just 50 mins. from Disney World and 75 mins from Bush Gardens Tampa.

Ideal Home and Location for Stay in the Villages

This was our 6th year to stay for a month in the Villages. Each time we have stayed in a different home but for various reasons never returned to any for a second year. This one was just perfect for us. Its size and amenities were what we wanted. Of all the houses we've stayed in, this provided the most supplies and household items. There was nothing else we needed to have. The decor was lovely and very homey and the side lanai and deck were great for spending time in or out of the sun. We will be returning to this one next year.

I have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and this place was the cleanest yet. The rental is in a great location, nice golf cart and a nice place. I was very pleased with the rental and would highly recommend it.

We had such a good time at The Villages while we stayed at Catherine's beautiful home. The house was immaculate with beautiful furnishings, comfy beds and plenty of sheets and towels. We had everything that we could have wanted. Lots of golf, shopping, music every day and great places to eat, and of course my favorite, the pool. We had lots of fun tooling around in the bright yellow golf cart that was included in our rent. Also, try the aqua aerobics at Colony Recreation Center. Excellent and fun work out on Tues., Thurs., and Saturday. Thanks Catherine for making us feel so much at home. We loved every minute!
