Welcome to our Florida vacation condo. We are residents of Ottawa, Canada and invite you to enjoy our great property at Oakwater, built in 2007. This complex is one of the closest to Walt Disney World. I drove from the door to the gates of Disney and it took me 4 ½ minutes. It is also close to plenty of restaurants, shopping and other recreational activities.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo can sleep up to 8 and was completely furnished with all new furniture in November 2009. New laminate flooring was installed in the 3 bedrooms in November of 2011. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, one queen bedroom and twin beds in the third bedroom, as well as a sofabed in the living room. There are 3 new flat panel TV’s, including a 42 inch with over 100 channels and high definition signal in the living room.

Enjoy DVD players along with a selection of movies as well as a Nintendo Wii with a selection of games. Don’t forget to take your laptop along as there is free wireless internet.

This ground floor unit has ramp access to the door. The condo is a 1 minute walk from the fantastic recreation area which has a pool and hot tub along with a kids playground and small kids water play area. You can enjoy the tennis courts or the fitness room located inside the clubhouse.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PETS ARE PERMITTED, HOWEVER, ANY STAY OF A PET REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $100 AS EACH TIME A PET STAYS ALL COMFORTORS ARE DRYCLEANED FOR OUR FUTURE GUESTS.

Thanks for renting us your beautiful condo, first time we ever walked in and its truly how the pictures are !!! Great location ... And for our Family of 6 it was perfect .. and after a day at the parks nothing was better than walking over to the hot tub and relaxing !!! cant thank you enough and Really glad we could refure out friends and they are booked for next year ..Thanks Buddy .... Enjoyed our 6 day stay. The good: Nice place and very close to the theme parks. Probably 10 minutes away. Reasonably well appointed. Condo is in very good shape and the pictures are quite accurate. Price was unbelievable for what you get. A steal.

The bad: Could have used a few more basic kitchen items like soap and a sponge. That should be a staple of every condo. There is a garage available, but it was so small that our mid-sized car wouldn't even fit into it. Also, we were not told that a few of the amenities were not available during the winter months. The bar at the pool was closed, and the movies that were supposed to be available at the clubhouse were not out for folks to borrow. Not huge stuff, but would have been nice to know this so we could have packed a few for the kids.

All in all, a very good stay and we would rent here again.

Our experience was outstanding. It was exactly as we saw on the photos. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The grounds were very nice, the pool was clean and well kept. The owner was very quick to response to availability of the condo and pricing. We would highly recommend this condo. We are already set to return in 2014 and hopefully years after that. A great winter vacation place!!!!

We have stayed in Oakwater several times and each time we enjoy it more. The owners of this particular condo have worked very hard to make this condo everything you need while away from home. Also, the grounds, pools and deck are in much better condition than ever before.( Kudos to the new management company. ) We have stayed in many locations while visiting Disney and none can compare to the quality and price of Oakwater. We already have reservations for another stay!
