NO PRODUCTION : Unless otherwise agreed between Owner and Tenant, Tenant agrees that he will not use (or permit the use) of the Premises for any photoshoots, TV commercials, movies or other media. Tenant also agrees not to hold any charitable events on the Premises.
POOL SAFETY FENCE: Tenant understands, acknowledges and agrees that there is no safety fence or other barrier between the house on the Premises and the swimming pool or the pond on the Premises and that such condition could post a risk to the safety of children and pets. As an inducement to Owner to enter into this Lease, Tenant, for himself, his successors, assigns, heirs, employees and invitees, hereby releases Owner for and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner, his heirs, successors and assigns, from and against any and all loss, cost, damage, liability or expense, including without limitation, reasonably attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with the fact that there is a swimming pool and pond on the Premises which does not have fence or barrier between it and the house on the Premises and other conditions affecting the swimming pool or pond, whether or not the same comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations or building codes.
4th BEDROOM ENTRANCE: The 4h bedroom has only one entrance which is separate from the house, near the front door
Wow, was the first word that my partner and I said when we walked into this home. Although the pictures are great online, they are just a sample of the magnificence of this home. I had the opportunity to stay there and enjoyed every part of this home. This included, but not limited to, the best views in LA, the great pool and the movie theatre. The owner John made us feel so welcome during the entire stay. He spent the time when we checked in walking us through the house. He showed us everything on how to work the lights to the remote controls. When we thought it couldn’t get any better, we opened the refrigerator and were greeted by a bottle of my favorite champagne.
