House, 5 Bedrooms + Den, 4.5 Baths, (Sleeps 10-12)

This home is a spacious 5 bedroom 4.5 bath Villa with heated Pool and Spa and a Game Room. The 3200 sq. ft home includes three master suites. The first master suite includes a king size bed, television and private bath with large soaking tub. One master suite is furnished with a queen size be, television and private bath. The third suite is on the first floor and is furnished with a king size bed, private bath and television. The remaining two bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds and televisions.

There is a large downstairs family room and a separate upstairs den for relaxing, watching TV or playing Playstation2. The upstairs den has a sectional sofa that pulls out into a full size bed if extra sleeping space is needed.

The fully equipped kitchen leads out to the covered lanai where the pool and spa are located. The pool deck is furnished with a dining table/chairs and lounge chairs.

Last but not least is the formal dining and living room area. A place to dine, relax or catch a moment of peace.

The home is equipped for small children. A high chair, crib and stroller are all on the premises

High Speed Internet connection provided. Unlimited local and long distance phone provided.

Home away from home! Excellent rental choice :-)

We are a family of four (2 adults / 2 young children – 5 years & 1 ½ years ) from Canada that visited Florida for the first time from February 11-21, 2013. I had researched many homes for months before deciding on this one – it was worth the search! We were very pleased to see that all photo's displayed on line were exactly what we received. This home had absolutely everything needed to stay comfortably. I am a bit skeptical of trying something new and can honestly say that this house was truly a ‘home away from home.’ We did need Maintenance for one small thing and it was auctioned immediately. He even came back the following day to check in again. In regards to the space, we could not believe how roomy this home is! We shared this house with two other families and not once did we feel like it was crowded at all (total guests were 10). It is very conveniently located near most amenities you would need while travelling and is a short drive to Disney and other attractions. This home comes highly recommended and we cannot wait to use it again! The cost was very economical to rent as well. The owner was extremely easy to reach and awesome to deal with in every way!!!! We WILL return!!!!

This house was perfect in so many ways. The multi master suites, four different sitting areas, tons of room and storage. Open areas near by to walk our dog, very close to all the parks as well as restraurants, store, gas station, and yes, fitness centers! Very well kept house, both the owner as well as the management team were great to work with and very helpful.We highly recommend this house to anyone planning a vacation in this area, you will not be disappointed. Great value!!

Perfect for a large family!

Our group of 8 recently stayed in this lovely home. It is so spacious and even nicer than the pictures show. There was plenty of room to gather together or spend time apart. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to those who need plenty of space. I hope we can come back in the future and stay even longer!

Great Vacation Home

My family of 9 stayed in this house last year. The house was roomy and fit us all comfortably. It was nicely decorated and clean. It was close to all the Orland attractions. We even took the hour drive from the house to visit Busch Gardens. Shopping was close by too. The manager called the morning after we arrived to see if we needed anything, which was nice. I can't think of a single con with house. This trip was our 3rd trip to the Disney area and we will definitely be using this house on our next trip. The owner was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this house.
