The condo has just what you need to enjoy you're ski or summer vacation. You couldn't get much closer to everything at Silver Lake Village and Deer Valley. You are in the heart of Silver Lake Village--Lift tickets, restaurants, ski and mountain bike shops and rentals are just out the building door. Five ski lifts converge here for easy access to all Deer Valley areas. Stein Eriksen Lodge and Spa are within walking distance. Park your car in free covered parking, go up the elevator, and you're there. The comforts of home and more are yours. The free local bus stops just east of the building. Downtown Park City is 3.5 miles away. Just 45 minutes from the Salt Lake Airport. Enjoy three ski resorts within minutes of the property. Lift served mountain biking, hiking, and outdoor concerts are popular in the summer at Deer Valley. Perfect for a couple, or a couple with 1-2 children with the queen sofa bed. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults, or couple with 2 children.
We love the mountains and outdoor activities. Our children have grown up skiing and enjoying mountain activities. We love coming to the condo to either ski in the winter, get cool from the heat of the lower valleys in the summer, or enjoy the fall colors and nice autumn days

Deer Valley is truly a unique ski and summer resort--every thing is first class. We love having the opportunity to be right in the middle of it. Our permanent home is only an hour away, so we like having a beautiful condo with great skiing right at the doorstep--so close.
The 3rd floor condo is close to everything for winter and summer fun. Lifts are just a few yards from the door, parking and condo access are super convenient. Park City is 3.5 miles away.
Great location for ski in/ski out at Deer Valley. We had a few very minor problems and the owner responded both times within ten minutes!! Also the bed was VERY comfortable !!! Terrific shopping just steps from the condo entrance and easy access to the town of Park City.
Bill and Luann are wonderful hosts - their condo is exactly as advertised and communication with them is excellent. You will not be sorry if you book their place - you can be skiing, shopping, eating in one of the best restaurants in Silver Lake, or riding the free shuttle to anywhere else in the Park City area, all just 5 minutes after leaving the condo.
This is our second year staying at this condo. It is in a great location. Easy access. Great communication with the owner. Nice amenities. Couldn't ask for a better setup on silver lake village
Our family of 3 had a wonderful ski vacation this winter while staying in this super convenient and well maintained 1 bedroom condo. The bedroom and bathroom are well sized and the kitchen is stocked with every appliance you would need for meal preparation. We found the unit to have plenty of closet and shelving space, comfortable chairs, sofa, and bed, convenient parking space, good supply of towels, extra pillows, paper products, toiletries, etc.
Many restaurants for lunch and dinner are within walking distance as well as 2 lift ticket offices, shops, and complimentary ski concierge. We had a 1-2 minute walk to 3 different ski lifts. The owner was very responsive to questions, made helpful suggestions, and booking arrangements. Excellent experience!
Clean, comfortable, well stocked, just a couple of minutes walk to the Silver Lake Village ski tows. Bedroom/bathroom is roomy, living area is small and cozy, and perfect for a couple. We will definitely stay here again. Price and location cannot be beat. Easy walk to several restaurants.
There is no real view to speak of, but you can see a ski run from an angle in the living room. The windows face across from another lodge, and below the windows is a service road. The only negative was the occasional very early morning beeping of trucks backing in reverse down the road to do deliveries to the restaurants. Did not wake my husband but did wake me as I am a light sleeper.
Great location ! This is our second year to enjoy the property. We will be back next year. The unit is georgously decorated and very practical.. We love that it is so clean and the rental process so easy! I have my own VRBO property in Charleston and this peoperty makes me proud to be a part of the organization.
