Perfect location for a Park City ski vacation or mountain bike retreat. Walk two blocks down to Main Street where you can dine at world class restaurants, browse art galleries, or shop for a new ski outfit. The unit is located at the bottom of Quittin' Time ski run and when conditions allow, you can ski to the back of the building. It is a short walk (100 paces) to get on the run to ski down to the Town Lift. The garage has a closet to house your skis/boots/gear to minimize clutter in the living area. In summer and fall, the condo is prime location to use as a base to attend Deer Valley concerts, Park Silly Sunday Market on Main Street, mountain bike on world class trails, hike in beautiful Park City, or ride the alpine slide at PCMR.
Take the airport shuttle and you won't even need a car during your vacation. There is a free town shuttle service. If you do have a car, it will stay dry inside the garage. The driveway is heated, so snow accumulation will not be a problem.
The unit was recently remodeled and comfortably sleeps 6. There is free WI-FI through the building and in warmer weather you can use the large deck that overlooks Old Town which is a lovely place to watch the sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen has new granite countertops, gas range and stainless appliances, and includes a coffee maker (with automatic timer so you can awaken to the smell of fresh coffee).

We live in Salt Lake City and bought the condo in 2009 as a get away for us to access Park City's fun, exciting and beautiful outdoor activities. We have done an extensive remodel to make the time spent off the slopes more relaxing and enjoyable at the condo. We do use the condo frequently & try and make it as comfortable as possible. Spent the second week of March in Park City skiing. Once again blue skies, warm, minimal crowds and great conditions at the top . This condo made it a perfect week. Location was right up against the mountain for easy access to Quiting Time run and the Town lift. You are just steps from Main Street. Car not needed. It was clean, cozy, comfortable, modern appliances, well stocked. Could not ask for more ! Communication with owner was great. Thank You for sharing ! We will be back.

The condo was perfect for our ski weekend. Ideal location to the slopes AND town. Condo had all the amenties you'd expect from a high-end hotel. Everything was clean, new, and working!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy, old town condo! The location of the condo is exceptional as its a short walk down the steps to Main Street for restaurants, shops, etc. In addition, you can ski or walk down to the Town Lift for easy access to Park City Resort. Also, only about a 5 minute drive to Deer Valley where we skied! Condo offers a one-car parking garage - it should be noted that I had rented a Chevy Traverse and it fit fine, although it was tight. Not sure if a Suburban could make it. Bed were very comfortable. Bathrooms were well equipped and kitchen had everything you needed, plus some. Condo had a gas fireplace which really aided in keeping the condo warm and toasty. The loft was small, but perfect for my two young sons. Only downside would be that the condo is a bit small, but if you are out and about all day that shouldn't be an issue. Owners were super kind as they left sleds for the kids and even went out of their way to leave a crib for our infant son. Condo offers recycling, easy access to garbage, a great washer-dryer, and even games/books/puzzles for your free time! I'd definitely recommend this property as the location, comfort and kindness of the owners make it a definite place to consider!
We chose this condo for its proximity to Main Street and it did not disappoint! You are only a short walk and flight of stairs down to Main Street! Although we did not use public transit, condo is located close to the bus stops as well. We skied at Deer Valley Resort but one could also walk to the town lift to PC Mt, just a short walk away.
The owners were most accommodating and provided a pack and play and other baby gear for our infant. There is an excellent hill for sledding located behind the unit. Robert kindly provided sleds for our use, a big hit with the older kids! The condo itself is tastefully renovated with top appliances, EXTREMELY comfortable beds and includes just about anything you could think of. We were very pleased and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to say in PC!
This a wonderful condo. I travel extensively and have for many years. Employer paid 4/5 star hotels have hooked family and I on comparable properties for personal travel. E.g. Westin, Hyatt Grand. This property fit our expectations. It has everything you need, is liveable, comfortable and well maintained.

- Park City Resort: walk to slope <5 minutes, then ski to lift, excellent!
- Deer Valley 6 min drive or shuttle bus from town
- Canyons 9 min drive or shuttle bus from town
- Tubing available 12 min drive
- Rentals & lift tickets, suggest REI in Salt Lake (just off highway to Park City) for great gear and price
