Treat yourself and your family and friends to a stay in our professionally decorated 1,900 sq. ft. home. Enjoy the privacy of the back yard overlooking the natural preserve with the mountains in the background while barbecuing a delicious steak. You can challenge your friends to a game of foosball or air hockey in our new games room. If you prefer to get out and about the community, then you may use the bicycles and sporting equipment that is provided for your use.

Just relax or enjoy the many nearby activities. See the Indians and Reds play ball in spring training, watch fast paced Nascar at Phoenix International Raceway, or catch the Coyotes playing your favorite hockey team. There are two great golf courses nearby and many more within a short drive.

During your stay you will be conveniently located for day-tripping to beautiful Sedona, Lake Havasu City to see the London Bridge, and you are next to Estrella Mountain Regional Park for hiking and biking. The Grand Canyon is a must see.

For a small added fee, you can enjoy the residence center with swimming pools, water park, fitness and aerobics center, all overlooking one of two catch and release fishing lakes.

For stays of a month or more an interim housekeeping visit is required. Additional charges will apply based on the amount of work required by housekeepers to maintain the house in its rentable condition, guests can save additional cleaning charges by maintaining residence cleanliness.

Easy Booking Procedure

PS - The main reason we selected your property was how straight forward everything was explained. You did not have any hidden fees like so many others did. I.E., Pool heating fees, additional fees per person over 2 or 4. We also appreciate that you offer the insurance policy. It makes more sense than the customary varying sum of cash that is used as a security deposit against possible damage. I just thought I'd let you know. :-) Thanks!

ACI Golf Buddies

I almost hate to give a good review in fear that this gem will be discovered by others. We were completely satisfied with the house, the cleanliness, the stock of supplies and the pool and spa. The pictures are a true reflection of what greets you when you arrive.
We used the pool and spa every day after golf (necessary for a bunch of 55+ gentlemen). A well written description on how to operate the pool and spa was provided.
We bar-b-qued several times and a couple of the guys took a bike ride.
The area is perfect (out of the hustle bustle with Quail and Mourning Doves in abundance) yet nicely situated with several amenities in the area including a full service Safeway nearby and a short drive to Goodyear where everything is available.
We golfed both Tres Rios and Estrella and we golfed at Wigwam in Litchfield (3 times, 3 courses) and Coldwater in Avondale as well. A Spring Training ball game was also on the agenda in Glendale There was no game in Goodyear on the day we scheduled but that was ok, because going to Glendale gave us an opportunity to have lunch in Margaritaville.
I would highly recommend this property, although I hope to book my time first !!! We will be back !!

Quiet and Relaxing

The house is a good size, well maintained and well equipped. Very nice place to relax next to the pool and BBQ some steaks. We spent a couple days unwinding next to the pool, soaking in the hot tub, caught a spring training baseball game at the Goodyear Ball Park (only a 10 minute drive away), and walked the numerous trails through the community. A small retail centre is a short drive north, where we bought our groceries and supplies, didn't need to drive any further. Everything was better than expected, and the booking process was seamless.The community is very quiet during the day and night, our family of 4 had a fantastic vacation.

Our family of 4 with 2 teenagers were more than comfortable in this spacious home. Each bedroom had it's own TV, the kitchen was fully equipped, the backyward spa and pool were wonderful, and the shopping easy to get to and close by. We saw the Cactus League getting underway, and Phoenix International Raceway (NASCAR) just down the road as well as two great golf courses. A day trip to Sedona completed our get-away.

A Great Vacation

This beautiful property is carefully maintained and a very desirable location for a quiet retreat, or as home base for an adventure-filled vacation. The amenities and appearance of the home and garden surpassed our expectations. HelpfuI information provided by the owners prior to our arrival, and in written form on the coffee table, made us feel welcome and enabled us to make good use of our stay in their home. Our party consisted of four senior adults. (There was lots of room for more.) We visited a number of friends in the greater Phoenix area, found time to do a bit of hiking, shopping, and site seeing and took a day trip to beautiful Sedona, Our only regret is that we were not able to extend our seven day visit long enough to take in more of the great tourist attractions in the area - and that we had to leave the lovely pool and spa to return to a cold Canadian winter. Hightly recommended!
