I travel quite a bit and I have to say that this was one of the most beautiful vacations. The owner of this time share was such a pleasure to deal with, very professional, and went over and beyond to satisfy all of the needs of my family vacation. Lake Placid is a charming little town filled with friendly people of all ages! The whiteface lodge suite was so amazing that my words couldn't explain. From the moment I arrived, until we departed. Everyone from the valet, front desk, concierge, did everything to make this vacation perfect. The service was fantastic and was always done with a smile. The resort is complete with a pool, fishing, movie theater, bowling, restaurant, spa, ice cream parlor and much, much more ... Everything you can ask for all under one roof, and to top it all off, fresh baked chocolate chip cookies on your pillow every night! I would highly recommend this property and will be visiting again!
