The Jardin d'Elisa Penthouse is a modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom penthouse located in the residential district of Beausoleil overlooking Monte Carlo. It has a private secure undercover parking space allowing you to explore the many sights of Monaco and the French and Italian Riviera.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of a new development and has amazing views of the sea, mountains and Monte Carlo. The terraced streets of Monaco lead you up into the building and into your private car space. The residents lift then takes you to the 5th floor where your penthouse awaits.

The penthouse has been decorated with quality furnishings and enjoys all modern conveniences. The 2 bedrooms both have queen size beds and the queen size sofa bed in the living room takes the sleeping capacity of the penthouse to 6.

The large outdoor terraces have been beautifully furnished and the views of the sea, mountains and Monte Carlo make this a most enjoyable location.

The Monaco Jardin d'Elisa penthouse represents excellent value for money in such a prestigious location and is available for rental all year round.

Location

The apartment allows you to access the main sights of Monaco in minutes, with world class shopping and restaurants at your door step. It is just a short stroll to the beaches, The Casino de Monte Carlo, the Grimaldi Forum and the Port of Monaco.

The Jardin d'Elisa Penthouse is at the end of an avenue famed for its baroque architecture and makes a perfect base to explore the French Riviera with Nice 20 minutes, Cannes 40 minutes and the Italian border just 15 minutes away. The lovely Italian town of San Remo is just a 30 minute drive from the apartment.
