Home, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Jacuzzi and Outdoor Private Shower

My Non-Smoking home is a unique property located in a quiet neighborhood on Easton's Point in Middletown. The entire second floor of the house is a master suite with bath. There are water views from the second floor of Newport's Cliff Walk and the Big Pond. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with a full bath and jacuzzi. The yard is quite beautiful with a patio, gardens and an arched hedge leading to another garden area and a small shed. There is also an enclosed, private outdoor shower adjacent to the patio. Access to the patio is gained through sliding French doors off the kitchen. The white kitchen is fully equipped. Another new addition is a lovely gas fireplace in the living room.

There are only seven houses on the street. It is an easy walk to either Newport (First) or Second (Sachuest) beach. Middletown also has a nature preserve and a bird sanctuary which are very close by. The night life and restaurants, for which Newport is famous, is only minutes away.

If you love New England in the summer, you will love this location. I am a member of a local golf course and can arrange a golf outing for you.

My family rented this house for the month of July and was very pleased. The house was clean, spacious and the backyard was great. In addition, it was an easy walk to first or second beach. The owner is great to work with and easily accommodates the renters needs. All and all this was a great summer rental - a true gem!

My family has stayed in this house for 3 straight summers and we have loved every minute there. The house is in perfect condition and has a beautiful backyard. It is located on a quiet street and it is a very relaxing environment. The owner does a great job of making sure your stay is enjoyable. She will answer any question about the town and things to do. As you can see, the house and yard look great in pictures. It looks even better in real life!
