We are ideally located on the desirable north end of the island, just across the street from the public beach, Lynn Hall Memorial Park and the fishing pier.

The Riviera Villas were recently refurbished and offer 900 square feet of bright, airy living area, including a lanai where guests can lounge and enjoy cocktails. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and loads of amenities (click on the 'Amenities' tab). Fully-supplied kitchen, microwave, coffeemaker, free wi-fi, satellite TV, DVD player, free parking and the best location in town!

Walk across the street to the beach, or stroll over to the vibrant Times Square entertainment district for good food and lots of fun.

A 30-minute ride from the Southwest Regional Municipal Airport and just 20 minutes off I-75.

My husband and teenagers booked this villa for spring break. This was our 3rd visit to Ft. Myers Beach and by far the best location. With the beach across the street, and in the middle of the activities of time square it was the perfect location. The villa was very clean and well furnished, with a closed in veranda and a fenced in patio in back with a gas grille. Everything we needed was at our fingertips, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, full kitchen...Two bedrooms and a pull out couch. The villa also featured wi-fi.
I would highly recommend this location for your vacation if you are looking for the perfect location to enjoy the beach and all the other amenities of Ft. Myers Beach Florida.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
