6 bedrooms with 4 full baths. Sleeps 14 to 16 comfortably.

This charming vacation home has been beautifully remodeled in 2010 to make you feel like you are in your favorite beach paradise. This home has wonderful views of the Atlantic as it is 2 lots away from the oceanfront. The interior has six private bedrooms spread out over 3 floors to ensure privacy. The home has a large living area on the 2nd floor, along with a large well stocked kitchen to prepare large family meals. The 1st floor also has a large livign area that is ideal for children to play that will give the adults some grown up time. There is a large deck for dining and relaxing on the south side getting all that great summer sun. There is also a private deck on the second level off the master suite with great ocean views. The home is spacious for large family gatherings and is steps from the beach. This home is in Sea Del Estates, a private gated neighborhood with community tennis and a lifeguard on the beach. Also features numerous flat panel TV, wireless internet, and cable. We loved this house as it was clean, new, and close to the beach. A guarded beach was key to letting our kids swim freely. the bedrooms are large and we had plenty of space for our two families. the house is bright, clean, updated, and well maintained. the tennis courts were always availible which was nice. short walk into town. very quiet development with no street noise. thank you!

Awsome house!

The beach has lifeguards which was extremely helpful with our 3 young children. the beach was uncrowded - never more than 20 people on a large beach area. the house is in great condition and worked well for our family. the house is clean and renovated. the large decks are great for outside meals. we loved going to sleep and being able to hear the ocean. the house is right off of the beach and we loved seeing the ocean from the deck as we ate our meals. the house is on a cul de sac which was great for our kids to ride bikes and play outside safely. a great house which we will return to.
