Escape to your own private retreat in the country in this beautiful guest house on 10 acres in the heart of the Valley. Enjoy the splendor of the country landscape and neighboring horse ranches while being just minutes from restaurants, shopping and wineries. We are just a short walk into downtown Santa Ynez, 3 miles from Los Olivos and 5 miles from Solvang,

All the comforts of home await you in this Spanish-style 'casita', complete with plaster walls, cathedral ceilings and terra cotta tile. The great room features a large picture window affording spectacular views of the property, a large fireplace with hearth and numerous windows to enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds. There is a 32' flat screen TV, DVD player and an assortment of DVD's for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy a book by the fire, play a game of cards, or a board game -- all provided for your use.

A fully stocked kitchen with new granite countertops provides everything you will need for your stay. Grind your complimentary coffee beans in the grinder, or enjoy a cup of tea.

The master bedroom has a very comfortable Queen sized bed with fine linens to guarantee a wonderful night's sleep. Windows on either side of the bedroom provide views of the beautiful landscape. The second bedroom has a trundle bed which can be separated into 2 twin beds or pushed together to form a Queen sized bed.

Take a leisurely ride into town on bicycles provided for your enjoyment. Also available-- a sports locker with equipment for all ages.

At the end of the day, enjoy a glass of wine on your own private patio. A dining table for 4 and charcoal barbecue makes for a perfect dinner in.

My friend and I meet each other half way every couple of years and this was one of the most amazing houses we have stayed in. Serene, beautiful and the owners are amazing. We brought our dogs and they were welcomed every much as we were. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to go back with my husband sometime... It is the perfect romantic get away too! Every morning I walked into town for a cup of coffee. The house was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and private. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful house to stay in as a refuge in the midst of beautiful landscape.

My girlfriends and I had an absolutely amazing trip to Santa Ynez Valley!!!! Our friendly hosts Jeanne and Leo made sure we had everything we needed, included complimentary coffee, bikes and helmets and a beautiful and clean guest house. I have stayed at nearby hotels in the past, never again! This guest house provided a much more comfortable stay. My friends and I enjoyed all the valley had to offer, including a trip to the nearby saloon, yummy Italian dinner, peaceful morning walks and wine tasting at many of the local vineyards/tasting rooms. Hope to visit again soon, thanks Jeanne and Leo

We loved the place so much! Extremely quiet and restful. We fell in love with the town of Santa Ynez -- had coffee, breakfast & dinners there. Never saw so many cowhands with their spurs and buckles having breakfast at one time. The walks at night under the stars were amazing. Our horseback riding at Vino Vaqueros was perfect riding through Estelle Vineyards and in the grass fields with wind blowing the grasses. Scooter and Halie (doggies) LOVED your place and could not wait for our walks & adventures. We will definitely be back -- by the way the wine tasting was fantastic. Couldn't think how you could improve it.

Jeanne was such a great host and so accomodating. We had such a peaceful time and the house is so cute. It is quite private and it is practically your "home away from home." This is perfect for two couples or just a couples retreat. It is country living at its best. Will be back again!

I just returned from a wonderful trip to Santa Ynez wine country and was lucky enough to find this gem of a home to stay at. It was exactly as advertised and the owners made sure we had everything we needed! The home was clean and cozy, perfect for the 4 adults who stayed. It was a short drive to Los Olivos, Buellton and a short walk to the main street in Santa Ynez (definitely recommend the coffee shop!). We will definitely be returning, thank you Jeanne and Leo!
