A photocopy of the passports/DNI of those staying is required on arrival.

All prices include welcome pack, electricity*, gas*, water, sheets, towels, WiFi and over 70 TV Channels, end of stay cleaning.

*These are extra for one month and longer term rental. Please enquire.

On arrival an additional €100.00 Deposit will be required against damages and loss of keys. This is refundable on your day of departure.

To reserve a booking:

50% deposit must be paid by bank Transfer or Credit Card.

I am a retired artist/painter but I still paint and exhibit. My wife Dolores is a retired nurse who spoils me rotten! She is a prolific cross stitcher and quilter.

Roger Cummiskey purchased this apartment in 1987

My father and I bought this property nearly 30 years ago and used it as a holiday home every year. It is 60 sq. metres. We holidayed there every year with the children and then lived in it when we retired until my wife decided that we could use a bigger apartment which we now live in nearby. The children, now in NY and London come every year and are known to the neighbours.

Central Fuengirola, quiet and safe area. Walking distance is 10 min to train and bus station.

Golf: There are 33 golf courses within easy driving range! I have played maybe 8-10 of these over the years. I´m still not too good at golf!

Ski: Skiing available in the nearby Sierra Nevada in winter time. I have stayed in the area in the snow but I do not ski. Dog sleighing is popular.
