Our 1250 sq ft two bedroom, two bath condo is nestled on the bluffs over looks Lake Taneycomo. The remodeled condo features a kitchen with granite countertops and is fully equipped for preparing meals if you desire. Enjoy the ambiance of relaxed dining at the table and bar area which can seat 8 comfortably. The open area of the condo is inviting as the living room boasts a wood burning fireplace and has access to a screened patio dining for four with your private wooded and lake view.

Both bedrooms have king size beds. The master suite hosts a king sleep number type bed and a Jacuzzi garden tub and opens onto the screened patio.

The second bedroom is located next to the second full size bath.

All sheets are a minimum of 400 thread counts for luxury sleep!

STAY and PLAY where the stars live and enjoy the conveniences of home! Nestled on the bluffs over looking Lake Taneycomo, this beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean condo awaits your arrival. All of these amenities and more are located across the street from this LUXURY 2 Bedroom 2 Bath CONDO!

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium: Everything has been upgraded from the cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, and bedding. We bought this condo because of the access to the back area off the patio which is perfect for us to walk our two miniature schnauzers. This is why we chose to make our condo pet friendly condo. We love the views of the wooded bluff overlooking Lake Taneycomo from our screened-in patio. It is a great place to relax and have a morning coffee or afternoon refreshment. We also supply a pair of binoculars and Missouri Bird Books for incredible bird watching - especially the turkey vultures! We love the clubhouse and all the amenities that Pointe Royale has to offer and that it is just across the street from the condo.

We bought and renovated this condo as our second home-away-from-home for the winter months. (We live primarily in Wisconsin so Branson in the winter months.) We love Branson and all of the activities in the area. Since we live here in the winter, we keep our equipped with extras that you will not find in many condos. We hope our guests enjoy the condo and all the amenities as much as we do.

The Pointe Golf Course is a true 'shot-maker ' course with lush bent grass greens, Bermuda fairways, eight water holes,

both sand and grass bunkers, and tees for four levels of play.

This challenging 18-hole, 6,501 yard par 70 course is regarded as the original championship golf course in the Branson area and is maintained to the highest level of standards. The course has 8 water holes and 12 of the 18 holes have some type of water hazard. Overall, the rolling fairways and mature trees offer a challenge to all golfers so proper club selection and good golf strategy are a must. All carts are equipped with a GPS system for accurate distance calculations.

Hi Liz and Elliot....On behalf of my family (furry ones included), I want to thank you for extending the hospitality of offering your rental to us!! It is so nice and somewhat unusual to find a high quality, yet pet-friendly rental. We had a LOT of rain on the evening of our arrival which led to water accumulation out the screen door to the green space and the earth worms sought high ground :) We tried very hard to keep everyone's feet clean and not soil the carpet. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, the dual recliners made for comfortable seating and reading when the weather was not conducive to outdoor/porch seating. Paper supplies were well stocked. (I've stayed in locations where you need to unpack the TP and take it in with you!) In addition, the panty/kitchen were exceptionally well stocked. Needed to borrow a tad bit of vanilla + baking powder for Amish baked oats. Thanks for having them on hand. Loved it! Very serene. In addition, your neighbor practicing arias capivated all of us. Really neat and relaxing weekend. If you'll have us again, we might make this an annual venture as we come from the Purina Event Center. Thank you so much.....Gwen

We had a wonderful time in Branson. The condo was just perfect for our stay.
We felt right at home as it had all the comforts of home. Our little dog Chloe loved
to go for daily walks on the wonderful grounds. We enjoyed the screened in porch
every morning with a good cup coffee. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Being on the ground floor was great for our Bichon, easy in and out. The best part of our time was spent with the peaceful and tranquil setting that surrounded us. I really appreciated being so close to the Club House and made good use of the golf course. We will definitely contact you again in the future to come back. We wanted for nothing in the condo, you supplied everything. Thanks again.

Way Above Expectations!!!

Chose this condo because I was bringing my two small dogs. Trust me, even if you don't have pets, this is the most well equiped condo I've stayed at in Branson. I would challenge you to think of something that they have not provided. There are even doggie dishes for your best friends. Right across the street from are the clubhouse, large pool, fitness center & small bar & grill. Went to see Dixie Stampede (this is when we had a small auto accident) and the show was incredible. Liz was very understanding and extended my stay as my car was repaired. Too many restaurants to mention but you can find whatever you like nearby. The grounds are well kept and it was wonderful having a walk-out to take the dogs out when needed. Screened porch was relaxing, listening to the water below and bird-watching. We were a family of four and everyone agrees that this was the best mini-vacation due to the comfort and relaxed atmosphere of this condo. Everything was top-notch and we hope we can stay here again on our next visit to Branson. Thank you Liz & Elliot for allowing us to enjoy your exceptional "home away from home" and being so kind during my ordeal with the car..

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. It's nice, quiet, and comfortable, yet close to all the action! Nicely appointed with everything you need and want. Spent the weekend with my hubby, two boys and two boston terriers. Liz and Elliot are great to work with, I would suggest this condo to anyone who likes luxury. It's definately a step up from the common, basic condo. Thank you!
