Our good friend Jack Wilkie purchased this property in 2006 and immediately began a remodel with our favorite contractor on Maui - Malcolm Turner, PRI.
Jack is a builder in Aspen and used to high end properties. We were delighted when he asked us to help him book the condo. As an owner Jack wanted to maintain a very hands on approach as he lives in 49D several months a year and continues to be the owner/manager of the property with the help of his cleaner who also acts as his on island agent and is available to our renters at anytime while the renter/guest is in residence.
Ekahi is special. Ocean Front in the Wailea area means luxury resort options in the sunny, south side of Maui.
