As you enter your condominium by way of private coded entry elevator, you will quickly appreciate the luxury accomodations. The unit is beautifully decorated to create an 'at home' feeling. As soon as you enter the condo, you will experience breath taking views of the sugar white beaches and crystal clear Gulf of Mexico. The living and dining areas are surrounded with 10 ft. floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the view. You will find travertine floors and granite countertops throughout the unit. Each bedroom is carpted and equipped with a full bathroom and views of either the Gulf of Mexico or the Ole River. All bedrooms have flat screen T.V.s and walk in closets. The kitchen is fully equipped with commercial grade appliances. You will find everything you need to entertain and prepare the finest of meals. The master bedroom opens into the gulf front balcony Wake up in the mornings and enjoy your coffee while watching the dolphins swim up and down the coast.

My family and I have been vacationing in the Perdido Key area for many years now (20+). We love the Capri condos and this unit was the best by far! Clean, neat, nicely appointed, comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. They have lots of DVDs, satellite TV, full gaming system in one bedroom. In the kitchen they have a very helpful binder with all kinds menus and helpful pamphlets. We also appreciated that the refrigerator and pantry were stocked with some essential items that are usually just thrown out in between rentals.The owners were very nice and helpful with making arrangements. My family and I will definitely be returning!

This place was truly amazing! From the minute you stepped off of the elevator there was a sense of comfort! What a beautifully decorated and CLEAN place! There were so added touches, which made you feel so at home! Donna was one of the easiest people to deal with. She was extremely accomodating and had true southern charm! I would recommend this place to anyone! The home was very roomy and the view was exceptional! The pictures are exactly what this condo looks.....nothing is deceiving about it, except it is more beautiful in person!! The beach was right over the boardwalk, very clean and not busy! Quite a few bars, restaurants, grocery stores, department stores within a 6 - 15 mile drive. I want to thank Donna helping make this girls trip one that we will cherish for a lifetime!!!

What can I say.....This condo was fabulous! My group would send pics to their friends and people thought they were from a magazine. The kitchen is huge! We cooked a big breakfast every morning and we had every kitchen utensil and appliance we needed already stocked in the kitchen. The beach was wonderful! You are 3 miles from Gulf Shores, AL and lots of shopping, restaurants and recreational fun. The locals are super nice and ready with great restaurant recommendations. Donna was exceptional! She made the whole process easy. Donna would get back with me within 24 hours. I never had a question about any part of the experience. She was great at giving me all the information. I highly recommend this property!! Thank you so much for a very memorable vacation. We will be back!

This place spoiled us!

We stayded here in the peak of vacation season, yet the beach was quiet, clean, and beautiful! It was like having a private beach--the kids could even throw a frisby with no worries of hitting someone. The condo was fabulous; huge, beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we could ever need (plus some.) Donna was so nice to rent with! She answered my emails quickly and answered all my crazy first-time beach goer questions. I told my husband I didn't think we could ever stay anywhere else--we are now spoiled!!

Paradise on Perdido Key!

This condo is the most beautiful, spacious one that we have ever stayed at, and we have been all over from Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Navarre, and Fort Walton! Donna, the owner, was so helpful in answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed! We love the fresh flowers that were in the condo upon our arrival. The views are breathtaking and the floor to ceiling windows are amazing. You will find every amenity available in this condo, we lacked nothing. Cannot wait to go back to Paradise!!!!!
