SUMMERTIME IS AWESOME IN WEST MICHIGAN....Pere Marquette beach is the absolute best. Swim, walk, play, kayak, paddleboard...there is no doubt that you will find a lot to do. Summer festivals, lighthouse tours, wine tasting. The weather is great, the people are awesome...its the perfect family vacation.

BLUFFTON BUNGALOW

Impeccably maintained 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage home located in the Bluffton Bay area of Muskegon Michigan, offers all of the comfort as your home away from home. This newly rehabbed 1920's cottage is 1 block south of Muskegon Lake and 3 blocks east of Lake Michigan at Pere Marquette. Bright decor in an open floor plan sets the stage for your vacation getaway. Living room opens to dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Reading room allows separate space for puzzlers, readers or deep thinkers. Bedroom 1 (queen) sits on the main floor with dorm style bedroom 2 upstairs (2 twins plus futon). Great big deck for grilling and lounging outside. We LOVE dogs but unfortunately cannot accept them at this time.

BLUFFTON...beachy, nautical, historic, artsy and fun. Surrounded by Lake Michigan and Muskegon Lake. Walk to big beautiful beach at Pere Marquette where there is room to play, swim, and sun. Launch your kayak just down the street at Muskegon Lake or bike the shoreline trail located two blocks from the cottage. Great homebase for daily excursions up and down the coast. Festivals, golf, shopping, lighthouse tours. Many marinas nearby-boat launch 3 blocks from the bungalow. Friendly, genuine people. This is a GREAT place to be. By the end of your stay you will entertain thoughts of becoming a local.

The property is very well maintained: very neat, very clean and has everything you could ever need. Jo, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with and a very thoughtful person. The beach is gorgeous and huge. A lot to see and do in Muskegon -perfect for bike riding and walking- and surroundings: White Lake, Grand Haven, you name it; I love the area.
We had a 5-star stay at Bluffton bungalow.
