House, 6 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 7.5 Baths, (Sleeps 12-18)

This Home is made for entertaining. There is a theater room for watching movies, a separate kids video/ TV room. A central sound system with ipod docking station.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar, two refrigerators, two tables, a wet bar, and a breakfast bar. The downstairs has a large bar with a wine refrigerator. All lake side bedrooms open up to a private patio or balcony.

The dock has a boat lift and a jet ski lift.

Downstairs bedroom has a fireplace, all bedrooms have full bathrooms. A toy room is filled with toys for young kids, and the views are beyond compare.

About The Owner

My name is Jason Tankersley. I am the CEO of The Fairfax Companies. This is the company's rental property. We think this is one of the most spectacular places on earth. The Lake in the back and views of the ski slopes in the front make this location the best of both summer and winter playgrounds.

The Owner purchased this house in 2004
Why The Owner chose Sandpoint

We chose to purchase this property the minute we drove accross the long bridge crossing lake Pend O'reille. The views are spectacular and the location could not be better. The home is located 5 miles driving or 5 minutes by boat to downtown Sandpoint. Sweitzer ski mountain is 12 miles away. The lake is so warm you don't need a wet suit in the summer and the fishing is fantastic. Skiing Sweitzer Mountain is great due to the lack of crowds and variable terrain. At Schweitzer there is never a line and with 3000 skiable acres you never need to ski the same run twice. This is truly a magical place!

What makes this house unique

Too many benefits to explain. Almost any outdoor activity you can think of is within a 30 minute drive.
