We remodeled our home in 2005 and just finished a patio upgrade that includes a jacuzzi and fire pit and patio heaters. Our house is not a vacation rental- it is our home and would like to share it with you.
The open floor plan and connection to the outdoor style of Coronado Living makes our home a great place to vacation. It is easy family living. The master is downstairs with a steam shower. Upstairs is a family room and the additional bedrooms. A very comfortable covered patio is a great place for morning coffee, afternoon lunches or evening meals. New Caldera Spa and gas fire pit!
Our home is in a quiet part of the island away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but an easy walk or bike ride to Orange Avenue dining and shopping or to Coronado's world famous beach.

We totally remodeled our home in 2005 and have had renters in for the last three summers. Our home is set up for kids as we have two daughters and the downstairs master is a real plus. Pets are allowed but we do ask for an additional security deposit.
House is cleaned once per week.
No additional guests without prior consent of owners.
$3,500.00 Non refundable deposit due at signing of rental agreement.
$2,000.00 refundable security deposit due with last payment.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
