A few steps to white sand beach for boogie boarding, surfing, snorkeling, swimming and sun bathing!

Romantic sunsets from this remodeled condo with new queen bed. Nice for two, or bring the kids as it sleeps 4 with sofa bed with new mattress. Oceanfront dining, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including coffee espresso machine and grinder, rice cooker, blender, and so much more. The new owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and convenient! Beach toys too!

THE BUS STOPS HERE! We have a FREE shuttle that stops about every 20 minutes right in front to take you into Kailua-Kona town or to Keauhou, with many great restaurants, shops, entertainment, and wharf.

Our stay here at Kona Magic Sands was one of the best experiences we have ever had. With it's wouderful magic sand beach right outside the door, to the awsome snorkling spot at Kahalu'u beach just down Alii drive. This unit truely speaks for itself and makes you feel your right at home. It's incrediable views of the ocean and sunsets are spectacular as well as the beautiful sound of the surf. We also did alot of cooking in house and found it to be well stocked and thought out, Mahalo to the owners and onsite manager Laurie!! We will most defintly be back. Aloha and Mahalo

Kona Magic Sands is the perfect place to stay on the Big Island. It's a wonderful, open condo with everything you need. From all ammenities to the sound of the ocean crashing on the rocks at bedtime to an excellent beach, this place has it all. I would highly recomend Kona Magic Sands to anybody wanting to stay in the Kona area. We will be staying there again soon when we visit. Mahalo and Aloha to the owners and the very helpful and pleasant onsite manager Laurie.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and it's walking distance location to two close by parks was wonderful! Going to bed at night listening to the surf was the BEST! Magic sands beach was great for boogie boarding! The condo was wonderful with a warm home feel with lots of extra amenities such as a pair of binoculars. The cupboard full of condiments was very nice too! We like to cook in and it was nice to have a spice variety provided! Only thing we had to buy while we were there was storage containers to store our left overs in. We would definetly stay here again!
