Newly renovated & tiled throughout, this home is situated on 1.5 acres & is set back from the road - ensuring privacy. L-shaped, both the east & west wings have master bedrooms with en suites. The east wing features a step-down 'Hollywood shower , a queen size bed and a spacious walk-in closet. The west wing master suite has a king size bed, incorporates a large desk and has a chaise lounge providing for restful comfort. The shower is walk-in. The third bedroom has two twin beds and shares an enjoining 'Jack & Jill' full bathroom with the fourth bedroom which also has a king size bed. The dining area patio doors overlook the pool and feature a table large enough to seat ten people. In the open living area, entertainment is provided by a big screen tv. Music is piped throughout the house - including the lanai. Outdoors, the huge screened area covers a 40x 16 pool and features a hot tub, BB que, patio sets, has a kitchen serving hatch and an outdoor shower

Perfect Place in Paradise

What a great experience!! The house was exactly as advertised and the owners and their reps were great. House was located 5 minutes from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping in either direction. I definitely recommend staying here even if you just want to lay around the pool. We had a birthday reunion and will not soon forget our time here. Thanks to all involved.

Private retreat

Great pool with spa. Very private. Plenty of room for everyone (5 adults and 3 children). We had two small children with us and really appreciated the extra locks on the sliders going out to the pool. The outside shower and bathroom off of the pool were nice features. Having the foosball table outside was fun. The unit was clean and well stocked. The kitchen is dated, but it was clean and everything worked. The large dining room table seated everyone which was nice for meals.

Great for a family or group that wants to kick back and relax.

Family Vacation

All I have to say is WOW. My family and mother law just got back from spending a week at this location and we are already talking about going back next year! The house and location are amazing. So quiet and relaxing. The pool was great. The rooms allowed all 7 of our family members to have their own space.
The only issue is that there is only one TV in the living room and one in the kids room. Many of us enjoy sitting in our bedrooms at home and watching TV, so this was difficult. A TV in each room would have been GREAT!
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful

My husband and two other couples stayed here for one week in March 2011, it was perfect. The house is as nice as the pictures you see, it was clean and well stocked with beach towels, lines ect.
Loved the whole screened in pool area, we spent 90% of our time out here. The weather was perfect and I could have stayed for another week. Close to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. We are already planning our trip back for next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway

Great Getaway

We loved the house. Very comfortable. We had two families staying together and the layout worked very well for us. We also had two dogs who loved the fenced in yard. It worked out great for us to be able to let the dogs come & go/in & out as they wanted. The kids loved the pool & hot tub. The adults loved the openness of the house and being able to play games while keeping an eye on the kids. We will definitely rent again if we're back in the area.
