**IMMEDIATE SUMMER SPECIAL- 700/WK FOR WEEKS OF MAY 18 thru JUNE 22!

Remodeled 1st floor condominium on beautiful Siesta Key. Two bedrooms w/additional sleeping accommodations (futon in lanai and custom-built window bed in guest room). Spacious, full bathrooms w/tiled stand-up showers. King bed in master, two singles and custom-built window bed in guest bedroom. All linens, bedding, towels furnished and full laundry facilities in unit.

Bright, open fully equipped kitchen w/clean new appliances and solid surface countertops. Attractive Florida tile throughout kitchen/living areas/baths. Televisions in living room and bedrooms w/cable TV/DVD. Expansive outdoor deck/patio/gas grill for entertaining. Enclosed, furnished lanai. Wi-Fi hot spot available in clubhouse.

No smoking/No pets.

Huge private patio, 1st floor for easy access, great beach area, club house. My husband and I brought our son and daughter and our daughter's spouse and we had plenty of room for everyone. The beach is beautiful and not nearly as crowded as the public beaches further down the line. A great value and a great property.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
