My daugters (21, 24) and i were spending 7 nights (04-25-13 / 05-02-13) in Javier’s apartment. It is a great place. Had everything we needed to be comfortable stay for a week.

The apartment is actually bigger than it looks in th pictures and it was clean and organized.
Javier always responded quikly bij whattApp or email.
The Wifi connection was quikly, facetime calling to the Netherlands was no problem.

The only drawback to be aware is that there is a parking problem. We get a parking ticket from de police (80$). Our car stand on the wrong place.

Location to the Path (subway) was perfect. From the appartment to WTC- station it takes you 25 minuts.

We would definetly recommend this apartment to friends and family and yes I would rent it again if the place were available on my next NY visit.

We spent hours looking for an apartment that would feel like a home from home, (who wants a holiday home less nice than your own, right?!) and were delighted to find this apartment which is not only a beautiful space to be in, but also easy with a busy toddler.
We loved our stay at Javier's apartment, which was actually better than the pictures suggested; we'd thought from the photos that there was only a shower tray so we were really pleased to find a bath, and there was more kitchen space than we expected too. If I could ask for anything it would be clearer recycling instructions within the apartment, and maybe a more thorough dusting prior to arrival, but really nothing that seriously impacted in our stay.
The location is great for getting into Manhattan, and though currently a bit 'rough and ready', we always felt safe, even walking back in the early hours.
There's a great playground round the corner, the supermarket has everything you need and we rarely waited long for a train into Manhattan.
Javier was very attentive (by email) without being intrusive, and we were all glad to meet him briefly as we were leaving, to be able to thank him in person.
All in all we had a brilliant stay at the apartment, and have already recommended this apartment to friends. Thanks Javier!

Hemos pasado en el apartamento 11 noches y volvemos encantados. Javier ha sido muy amable, nos ha ayudado con todo lo que hemos necesitado, incluso deja algunos folletos de NY en el piso y la casa está equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar durante tu estancia.
El apartamento está a 10 min andando del tren que te lleva a Manhatan, es más amplio de lo que aparece en las fotos, limpio, soleado y muy acogedor. La calefacción central funciona a tope, hasta pasas calor a pesar del frío que hacía fuera.

Totalmente recomendable!
