Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

This 2 BR/2 BA 2nd floor condo overlooks the 6th hole of the Bobcat Course of Plantation Golf & CC. It is just minutes from beautiful Venice Beach, shopping, restaurants and I75. There are many semi/private and public golf courses within a fifteen minute drive.

The condo is fully furnished, steps from the elevator. You can enjoy the heated community pool, club house, library and outdoor grill. High speed internet with wireless modem provided. Also WiFi service is now provided free at the pool/clubhouse area.

The master BR has a king bed, guest BR has two twin beds and computer desk. Linens, towels and plenty of closet space. Washer and dryer in unit. Kitchen has all major appliances and utensils, plus ice maker.

Sit on the enclosed lanai with spectacular views of the golf course, lake and watch wildlife and enjoy the sunset!!

My wife and I just purchased this condo in Dec. 2009. Since we will only be able to use it a minimal amount of time we don't want it to sit empty. Someone should enjoy!
