Wonderful Condo in North Scottsdale, AZ

We really enjoyed our stay at the Barton Condo in May 2012. The complex was quiet and well located near our family (we were visiting to attend graduations). The condo was clean, well apointed, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our stay of 8 days including Cable TV and WiFi. We definitely would stay there again! Georgia was wonderful to work with and everything went flawlessly. We had everything we needed and the price was much better than a hotel. The Williams'

Nice getaway

Stayed at this complex for the second time - but had been in a one-bedroom unit before. Another nicely decorated, well-maintained condo here - good size for a family or several folks traveling together. Two nice pools on site, ample parking, friendly residents/fellow vacationers. Great location, near lots of restaurants, conveniences (Target, Wal-Mart, etc.) and not far to a nice movie and major shopping (Kierland). Will definitely return, and recommend to others. Several places visited this time around worth noting: Taliesin West (Frank Lloyd Wright's winter camp/school - minutes away) ... Rock Springs Cafe (famous for pies, on the way to Sedona) ... Greasewood Flat (old stagecoach stop turned bar/restaurant, maybe 20 minutes away) ... Bliss Spa at the W Scottsdale (excellent). Tons to do around Phoenix/Scottsdale. A great vacation destination.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great condo!

We just spent a week here for our annual golf/Cactus League trip and will be back. Condo is in a great location, tastefully decorated, has everything you could think of. It is on the 2nd floor and faces an interior courtyard that is very quiet and peaceful. Pictures posted are accurate, condition of furnishings is excellent. This is not one of those rental condos with mismatched dishes and worn furniture; it actually feels like someone's home and has been cared for that way. It is near 101/Raintree, so there are plenty of stores (Target, Albertsons, Whole Foods, Sams Club) and breakfast options (Einsteins, Starbucks, Chik-fil-a etc.) closeby. Not to mention all of the great dinner options that are a short drive away. It has wireless internet, reserved parking, and beautiful pool facilities. Georgia is responsive and very easy to work with. Highly recommend it!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
