Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5)

This beautifully decorated and up to date condo (with granite kitchen/bathroom counters) is on the second floor and offers a 'right there' at the beach experience. Sitting in the Lanai, You can see the most gorgeous sunsets, hear and see the seagulls and huge pelicans fly close to the unit, see the dolphins play in the ocean and even see a manatee if you are lucky! The view of the ocean is seen from most of the condo which makes for a very relaxed and calm get away.

This is a 1,250 square foot condo which is located in the Reflections on the Gulf building in Indian Rocks Beach. It has been fully remodeled and furnished very elegantly and comfortably. The washer and dryer are located inside the unit. This unit is on the second floor and although the building has elevators it is very convenient to run up and down the stairs.

The Beach is just steps from the building and the sandy shores seem endless in either direction. This is an area of the beach which is very quiet and uncrowded. This is a great place for a long get away!

****There is a 2 week minimum stay due to Condo Association.***No children*****

About The Owner

I bought this condo on the beach so that I could enjoy it with my family, especially my grandchildren. I used to bring my children to Indian Rocks Beach when they were little and we always enjoyed the summers at the beach. When I had grandchildren I knew I had to give them the same opportunity so I purchased this unit. We have had a great time with the grandchildren and have enjoyed meeting many people that rent here year after year. This is a very family friendly place and very safe. Now , I enjoy it very much with my wife. I don't think I will ever get rid of this condo, it's my paradise!!!!!

Why The Owner chose Indian Rocks Beach

I used to vacation here in Indian Rocks beach with my family during the summer. I wanted my grandchildren to experience the ocean, boating, and building sand castles all day long. I had the opportunity to buy this unit which we have enjoyed very much with the family. Now that everyone is older and their schedules are so busy I think others will enjoy this tranquil, beautiful beach.

What makes this condo unique

Relaxation.....Peaceful get away. The feeling of seclusion while you are in the unit. You feel that the sunset is only yours. There are many restaurants in the area if you'd like to go out but if you choose to stay in- it's like your second home! The pool area is very nice and the tennis court is always another fun activity. There is no place like the beach.......

Thank you very much for the use of your beautiful condo. We had a great time. Your condo is very well decorated, spacious and comfortable, We really enjoyed the nice furniture on the balcony facing the fabulous beach and the beautiful sunsets. Great to have the washer and dryer in the unit. It was nice to meet the owners who made us feel very at home. Would definitely recommend it to others and would like to return should it ever become available again for March and April.

We loved the location of the condo and the amenities. Very comfortable and well equipped. The sunsets were spectacular and can easily be viewed each evening from the balcony, We met the owners who are lovely people and very caring in making sure that our stay was an enjoyable one. Our stay was wonderful and memorable. We hope to return some day.

This unit was well kept and very comfortable. The view was incredible of the beach, Gulf of Mexico and wonderful sunsets. The location is ideal within easy walking distance of the trolley stop, fine & casual dining & shopping. The owners are very helpful with any questions or concerns. We would definitely recommend this unit and will be returning next year.

This condo is impeccably clean, fully equipped, comfortably furnished and very well maintained . The owners have thought of everything to ensure that renters have a comfortable stay. Having the laundry facilities right in the condo is a big plus. No need to go down the hall with a roll of quarters to a community laundry room. The owner's listing description & photos are very current and an accurate representation of the unit. No "bait & switch:" here. Moreover you have a "Million Dollar" view of the Gulf and are only a few steps away! For sure, we'd stay there again and not hesitate to reccomend this condo to family & friends.
