Guestbook comments from the owner
We really enjoyed our stay in your home and got a lot of bonding time as a family. We were able to go skiing at Monarch and also snowmobiling in Crested Butte through an awesome and affordable company called Timber Sleds (Greg). We only got a chance to eat at 2 of the restaurants that were recommended to us (The Gunnisack and Mario's) and they were great suggestions. The snow was great and the atmosphere was great even for Spring Break. We will definitely be coming back to your place next time we are up in your area.

Our family has lived in Colorado since 1993. When our youngest son decided to attend Western State College we had a chance to really spend time in the Gunnison Valley and Crested Butte and in his sophomore year decided to buy this property. He has since graduated but we still love to come back to Gunnison when we can.
Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, Gunnison is the picture perfect mountain town nestled in the heart of the Colorado Rockies. A 30 minute drive gets you to: - Crested Butte, “A true Colorado ski town”, - The Blue Mesa Reservoir (the largest body of water in Colorado) offering boating and year round fishing, o Hiking in six wilderness areas, - Legendary Mtn bike rides in the Crested Butte area including the famous 401 trail and Hartman Rocks Recreation Area, - Hunting the unlimited tag units 54 and 55 for the 400 class bull Elk or rafting the class 1-4 rapids of the Gunnison or Taylor rivers.
