Conveniently located in the middle of the complex just steps from swimming pool and swim up pool bar where your tropical beverage await. You can walk down steps to the world famous Cupecoy Beach or just walk across the street the Atlantis Casino with 6 tantalizing restaurants. Cupecoy Beach Club is just 10 minutes from the airport and a short drive to both Phillipsburg and Marigot.

Full kitchen and dining room that seats six, living room with queen sofa sleeper, balcony, cable TV, CD player and DVD player; master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen cable TV and full bath; deluxe room offers two queen size beds with full bath, balcony, flat screen cable TV, small refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster along with convenience amenities. Unit can be rented as a deluxe double, one bedroom suite, or a two bedroom villa.

We purchased the condominium in December, 1990. I am an retired independent insurance agent and my wife is a retired high school teacher. Our two children are out of college, married and pursuing their careers in New York City, NY and Madison, WI.

After traveling throughout the Caribbean, we kept coming back to St. Maarten because of the friendly people, beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants. St. Maarten is truly the 'friendly island' that they advertise. We enjoy escaping the cold weather of the Midwest to the tranquility and guaranteed warmth of St. Maarten. Utilizing our unit as a vacation destination and rental property has allowed us to meet people from around the world and share our piece of paradise. 75% of our renters return to our unit and consider it their second home.

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy gathering at the swimming pool or pool bar with friends and relaxing at the beach. We have explored the 38 beaches on the island with a cooler and snorkeling equipment in tow. At the end of the day, we wind down on our balcony or at the beach to watch the sunset with a bottle of wine, French bread and Gouda cheese. For evening entertainment we enjoy making our donation at the Atlantis casino across the street, relaxing in our spacious 1600 sq. ft. unit or taking a short ride to Maho to check on the evening show at Cheri's Café restaurant. The unit is considered to be on the Gold Coast of St. Maarten with Cupecoy Beach being uniquely private with its sandstone cliffs. Walks on the beaches are relaxing and great exercise. Our favorite day trip is aboard the Bluebeard catamaran to Prickly Pear. You can't beat the sail, snorkel, beach lunch and endless beverages.
