We were very, very happy here. The unit was exactly as described, super clean and homey. The neighbourhood was charming and fun to explore and it was very easy to get to everything we wanted to get to (and we went everywhere). Everyone we dealt with from the propertywas extremely professional and very friendly - all transactions were silky smooth. They even managed to arrange for fantastic weather for the entire duration of our stay. LOVED IT.

Recommended for: Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Beautiful San Diego Beachfront getaway

My wife and I, kids and parents (6 of us) spent a 3-day weekend in this amazing condo on Mission beach. While it unfortunately rained most of the time that we were there (it is that time of year, after all!), this wonderful beach house kept us cozy and happy with it's OUTSTANDING views, spacious, beautiful accommodations and furnishings. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We had a great time sipping wine on the balcony while listening to and watching the waves crash. We enjoyed our walks on the boardwalk, and walked one day to a great lunch at the olive cafe just a few minutes north. Also great food at the Pacific Beach Fish Shop! We come down to San Diego from Los Angeles every once in awhile to go to the SD Zoo (the best!) and the beach, and would certainly love to stay here again some time!

Spring Break Vacation

Stayed here for a week over spring break vacation with 2 families. This condo was perfect for us. The location is excellent for teen and preteen kids to have freedom to roam boardwalk and for the parents to feel safe. The interior is beautiful and the beds were VERY comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room. The only bummer for us was NO barbecue!! They said it was due to construction that there should have been one. We are big barbecuers and it was a bummer, but it still got 5 stars from us. We would definately return here it was a great vacation and we highly recomend this condo.

We had a lot of fun here. The condo is in a great location, close to restaurants, beach, Belmont park, and shopping. The condo was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. Televisions in every room with a 50" in the living room was very nice. Two balconies overlooking the boardwalk and beach was awesome. The enclosed garage is small and had a lot of building materials inside so it was tough to park the car and get out of it while inside the vehicle. The only other thing I would like to have seen would be the suite overlooking the beach to have its own bathroom. These last two were minor inconveniences though. The condo managers are very easy to contact and extremely helpful with all questions and concerns. All in all it is a very nice condo in a great location. We wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

great time on the beach

My family spent a few days in this rental and we all had a great time. The photos of the interior are accurate and the place was spotless. Kids loved the bunk beds. The location is easy to find and is within walking distance of Pacific Beach and many fun bars/restaurants. The exterior was being re-done so we couldn't use the deck but we would definitely stay here again.
