Outside terrace, lucury furniture and decor, upscale neighbor and prestigious safe building
Stayed one week in this apartment. It has 2 large terraces which we enjoyed our breakfast during the nice weather. Bedrooms have walking closets which were working fine for us. We were a bit anxious staying in the Passy area, but after getting familiar of the area, we will definitely come back. It was a plus that we could go directly to Versailles using the RER station down the street. Very safe area with fresh market, bakery, shopping Centre and long shopping street. Best for family and kids.
Passy is an area that we all greatly enjoyed the food and shopping on offer and the nocturnal tranquility (for a big city) really benefited us. The apartment was large, elegant and functional with all you could ask for. We would happily stay here again and deal with the very helpful booking agents.
The apartment at passy was perfect for me and my family. Three generations managed to stay in the same house and not kill eachother! Luckily it was close to the Champs elysee for my daughter and close to the football and tennis for my son. And that passy itself is pretty and quiet for old folks like myself and my wife. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We did encounter a small problem with the dryer buy sam was on hand to rectify that very quickly and efficiently.
We would definitely come again.
I couldn't have asked for anything more in an apartment. The apartment itself was amazing!!Absolutely clean with just top notch amenities. The beds were super comfortable and the apartment had all of the luxuries necessary to make one feel like they were at home instead of at a rental apartment. If I were shopping for a place to live, I could easily imagine renting this apartment long term. The location was also perfect and was close to everything. The neighborhood was safe and quaint. Additionally, the information and support that the greeter offered was also top notch. All of the information about Paris and the apartment was easily accesible and the support staff were helpful, friendly and warm. I will definately come back if I am ever in Paris again!
Beautiful, spacious apartment with excellent amenities in a terrific location. The photos and description are accurate, for the most part. The apartment was clean and properly maintained. The neighborhood has easy access to the RER, Metro, shopping, restaurants, etc. The Eiffel Tower and Trocadero are easy 20 minute walks. Several factors affect the rating. The first is that we arrived the morning of the 19th and the apartment was not ready until late afternoon, close to 5 PM. Our arrival time was well known, so allowing for check-out of the previous occupants, it would have been helpful to make some attempt at expediting the readiness without our having to call several times. If you are elderly, beware the tub in the master bath. Showering is an adventure and an accident, like slipping, waiting to happen. Be prepared to mop up the bathroom floor the first few times you shower. We checked out in the morning and left for CDG at around 8:30. There is no excuse for having to pay 30 euros for an early morning walk-through of the apartment. It is an outrageous fee.
We enjoyed our stay very much. It was quite a good surprise since the apartment looks better than on pictures. The apartment was perfect, as was the neighborhood and location. Welcome2France were completely supportive. We had a great time. Thanks again.
Our visit was a trip for our daughter's sixtenth birthday and we decided to try something different and rent an apartment. It was the best decision we could have made. This property had everything we were looking for.
It was in a beautiful residential community with great access to both the Metro and the RER, great patisserie shops, wine shop, and all sorts of tasty restaurants within walking distance. There was both a small grocery store and a larger food market nearby where we were able to get everything we wanted to prepare breakfast in the well appointed kitchen and eat in each morning. And despite there being few tourists in the area (something we really liked) all of the shopkeepers and restaurant staffs were very patient with our poor French and very helpful in figuring out what we wanted.
The apartment was on the second floor and had access both by stairs and an elevator (which we only used to take our luggage up and down). The living space was large and comfortable. Everything we needed was considered - high-speed internet access, free phone calls to the US, cable television (although remember that the majorty of stations are not in English - but you aren't in France to watch TV). The bedrooms were also large and comfortable. The bedding was very nice and the beds were so comfortable we wanted to take them home. The terraces were lovely - unfortunately we were visiting during some unseasonably cool weather so we didn't spend much time out there. The kitchen had an American refrigerator/freezer which is uncommon and having a washer and dryer allowed us to pack fewer items.
The neighborhood was quiet and very safe and the apartment building had extensive security - both to get into the building as well as into the apartment, so anyone not comfortable traveling should feel very secure in this apartment.
We also took advantage of the transportation to and from the airport organized by the owner's agent and that was also a fantastic decision.
All-in-all, this experience has convinced us to never again stay in a boring hotel in cramped space. We'll also go for the local charm of an apartment and would highly recommend this one.
Located in the heart of Passy, a feeling of an old village in the center of Paris, this apartment is within a block to many designers shop as well as pedestrian street with fine bakeries, wine shop, cheese shop, butcher, supermarket, farmer's indoor market, as well as underground shopping center and main street. Only 15 mins walk to the Trocadero and Eiffel tower
