'Joy of Flying' has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Two rooms have private baths. There is room for the kids to play under the house with swings on each side and lots of room for younger kids to ride bikes or scooters.

FALL UPDATE: The fall season is in full swing. There are many great October weeks still available. We have added all new washers/dryers, new quieter dishwashers and new and larger refrigerators. Enjoy the new Living Room carpet for 2012. We also upgraded the WiFi range and bandwidth for better streaming. The rear grass is really coming in this spring thanks to the added sprinkler system last fall and we now invite your kids to enjoy our large grassy area for soccer, lacrosse or Frisbee. The beach is looking great this year. There is always something happening at Holden Beach, nature can be found in all her wonder. This year the rabbits are plentiful although the deer population seems to be a little more reserved and more difficult to watch.

Our property is very private, yet you're next to the beach, You will love the location of our house. To walk onto the beach, you simply cross the street on a diagonal and walk down a comfortable wooden walkway to the beach. The beach has been maintained through the years as a family beach with little commercial emphasis.
Holden Beach is still a well-kept secret, perhaps not for long. National Geographic Smart Traveler magazine recently ranked Holden Beach among it's top 10 'Best Family Beaches' category. Additionally, AAA Beach Vacation Travel Journal recently ranked H.B. one of their 'Top 30 Beaches' overall. H.B. offers a great alternative to the crowds and commercialism of nearby N.
